I always place my order online, leave right away from Covington, and every time I arrive they pizza is ready and is always delicious. Im not going to lie, some of my orders can be quite complicated but the pizzas have always been perfect. So far all the staff has been prompt and friendly, and show each pizza before taking my money which I absolutely love. I love pizza Hut and Im thankful to have such a reliable location to depend on when hit with a craving.

Called to tell me my order would be an hour late and gave me the option to come pick it up instead which would also save me $2.75, plus the gave me a free cookie. However Id expect them to at least try to keep me pizza warm while I was on my way. By the time I got there, picked it up, then drove back home, super cold pizza :( At least they tried to make it right though.

Every time I order from here I remember why I wait months between orders. Forgot to give me the full order. Had to ask twice for items I paid for. The manager spent more time griping about an employee sitting out in the parking lot that was late to work and getting my order to me. Very unfriendly and probably the last time I order from the Pizza Hut

WE ORDERED AT A PLACE OF BUSINESS AND EACH ORDER WAS CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE OF 2.75 WHEN THEY WERE ALL COMING TO THE SAME LOCATION. WE WILL FROM NOW ON BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS TO MELLOW MUSHROOM. IT IS BETTER QUALITY AND CHEAPER AFTER DELIVERY FEES FOR 8 ORDERS GOING TO THE SAME LOCATION.

Not sure how the food is.. Someone has to answer the phone first.. Just spent 12 minutes then 23 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone.. Because according to the recording my call is important!! Hate to see if it wasnt!!

Pizza hut is fantastic and I love their taste....nobody likes la Rosas pizza its horrible...well the one in Newport is...go pizza kill it!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza that is now 45 minutes late. Ive called the store twice but they wont even pick up the phone.
