Wow. This place is... Wow. Just call them lol. I ask "wjat is the delivery time.". The phone attemdamt says..."I dont know" me question... Phone attemdant.. "I dont kown". Im not trying to leave a bad review. But the management of this location. Needs to know that when a customer calls and ask a question.. your staff needs to know. I u dersrand a learning curve. Ive done it with several jobs. Actually every job. But I didnt start freaking with customers knowing nothing. Im. Ot mad as a customer at all. I just want this locally owed company to know I rather order for locally owned but purchases vs chains. But I cant crawlthru the phone and push the button on the screen for your staff nor do I have time to explain everything Btw. I havent even gotten my order yet. Finalized that order with the manager at 12:08pm.

Ive called for delivery 3 different times and they have given an excuse every time why they cant deliver my food. The first time they messed up the order and when we asked for a remake, they refused and a fake manager put us on hold until the store closed. This time, they wouldnt deliver pasta after 1am when we just had a previous pasta delivery 15 minutes prior. You can tell the staff doesnt care and is willing to lie to their customers because they are too lazy to do their job. Im sick of ordering from this place and never getting an even moderately decent experience.

Best pizza value in town I would say. I order from them once every couple of weeks. The product stays fairly consistent each time with one exception. Sometimes the toppings are chopped up into tiny pieces as if this place is trying to cut costs or something. Whole toppings are much better and I wish they would do away with the tiny pieces of mushroom, bacon, green peppers and what have you. This annoys the piss out of me. The menu price of a large pizza is around $15 . The place gets decent business so they can certainly afford to not cut corners on their toppings.

I have only eaten here once but I found the pizza to be very good. My friend disagreed saying that he wasnt impressed and the crust was like cardboard. I told him to "Shut up" and "Take it back" but he stubbornly refused. The disagreement quickly escalated into a shoving match and subsequently, an all out fist fight. At this point, the store employees must have called the cops because we were charged with disorderly conduct and spent the night in jail. In spite of all this I would still recommend giving this place a try, in my opinion, the pizza is very good.

I wanted basil pesto and usually order from noodles and company but their delivery takes foreverrrrr so I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered the basil pesto chicken pasta and was soooo suprised by how much u get for the cheap price, i eat a lot and couldnt finish it all. It doesnt say it but it also comes with 4 pieces of garlic butter bread unlike pizza hut or other places which is good bc i usually have to order a side of breadsticks. It came fast to will deff. be ordering again.

In my most humble opinion, Mad Mushroom is one of the handful of fast-food style pizza places that actually has still maintained a good level of quality. Their pizzas are definitely better than those of Pizza Hut and Dominos and they are a stiff competition for Papa Johns. The location at the Lex Apartments area (here in Lexington, KY) next to Shenanigans Wines and Spirits is my destination for Pizza and Grinders.

Friendly staff, nice environment, and food is amazing! If you havent tried the food here- you will never be disappointed! The staff is outgoing and talk while you wait for your order. I believe I went the opening week and they did a great job keeping he place clean and decorating the board with current events for specials! Keep rockin on guys!

Mediocre pizza. No better than Papa Johns. But it is cheap and they are fast and friendly. Also, student discount available and you can order AND pay online before you go pick it up. Also, one of few pizza places that has artichoke topping. No fresh tomatoes though--only sundried :(

Disgrace. An hour into my order they decide they cannot drive because I was outside their "jurisdiction." A monkey with two thumbs could use Google maPs to figure this conundrum out. Dont order if you want the scum of the earth serving you.

Fast and inexpensive pizza place. Their delivery is just as fast if not faster than the big box places but their cheesesticks are by far the best Ive ever had. I love their Monday through Thursday specials they have.
