Ill start with my online order. That process was actually smooth. no issues there. Said my meal would be ready in about 15-20 mins with a specific pickup time. I went to location, they were still making my meal and had to wait 5 minutes or so after my pickup time. I was the only person in there. no other customers sitting down or in line. I ordered it to go. No big deal. Fries were served in a sealed container. I dont like this as it makes the fries very soggy on my 5 minute drive home. Burger, not so great. I dont think they put any seasoning on it at all. This was probably the worst burger I ever had from a fast casual dining restaurant. Let alone the burger on the picture is about 4 times bigger than what you get. Thats typically for most places though. Kinda pricey for the meal. Two burgers, you have to order your fries separately, and a small order of onion rings was around 22 bucks. The onion rings were great, but didnt provide any sauce other than ketchup for them, even after asking. The service was fine. no issues with any employees and they seemed nice. Though, when they gave me my food, the one bag was ripped from top to bottom and he told me "be careful its ripped". I simply asked for another bag and he gave me one. Place seemed very clean. no messes, nothing sitting out. It also reminded me as if I was in a chipotle. More than likely I wont ever visit this place again. Too expensive for at best, a mediocre burger/meal you can make at home, in minutes, for less than ten bucks.

Terrible food first of when you walk in it smells horrible (I should have left as soon as I walked in) second they instantly ask you to top the food doesnt look fresh but we still have them a try the burger wasnt seasoned at all (not even salt and pepper) it taste like water the fries were burnt but he still gave them to us the condiments tasted old like they have been sitting out all day and the price is ridiculous we got 2 burgers 1 small fry and 1reg drink and it cost $30.00 and they had the nerve to give me burnt fries and a bland burger I still want my money back ! One pissed customer

The food was good. The staff were helpful. The sanitation was not so much. The cashier had filthy hands and fingernails. The guy cooking the food looked like they came in hungover and I showered from the night before. The condiment stand was 1/2 full and they hadnt even set down the floor mats at 1130. If I had to guess, they didnt have a manager working this morning, but the unfinished concrete floors made me think they dont have much management to begin with. Like I said, the food was good, the staff were helpful if gross looking. I may try them again, but I wont go out of my way.

My family of 3 went. The burgers were a bit bland and pricey for the size, kinda small. The toppings were pretty good and made the sandwich ok overall but the fries were luke warm and soggy not crisp at all. I had sweet potato chips that were overdone. All the tables we could use needed to be wiped off so we did it ourselves as there only seemed to be two people behind counter. When food came out suddenly there seemed to be 5 employees or more. Wouldnt go out of my way for this.

Very average burger. The staff tried to be helpful in the least caring way as possible. The restaurant was also dirty and unkempt. I could see the focus of trying to be a gourmet burger establishment, but the delivery was very sloppy. I took two bites of my Philly up burger when it fell apart. The taste was just OK as well. It wasnt well seasoned. The fries were perfect and were worth the purchase. I wouldnt go back here again.

Bad bad bad. So bad, we left and got dinner somewhere else. You stand in line and have to figure out how to order based on misleading menu boards. The staff is not knowledgeable or helpful with this process. You pay way too much for the smallest burger youll ever see and then EVERTHING is an upcharge or add on... Just bad. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of a good retail space.

Good burger but awfully expensive. $14 for burger, onion rings, and drink. The burgers are pressed on the grill and the buns are made in house. Ive had better. I was also confused as to why I was prompted to tip as you order at the counter and fill your own drink. They do bring the food to your table that is the only interaction with a server. Check out Flip Daddys or Quatman Cafe.

Stopped by for the first time Saturday. Not sure what is used in these burgers but ours were very, very salty. My burger was inedible 1/2 way thru because the meat was really tough. Nasty. Place wasnt staffed well as each person who came in had to wait about 15 mins for their orders to be cooked. I wont go back because of the tough meat.

Good food, great staff! A little pricey, but dont get me wrong, its worth it. 1/3 lb burgers, fresh cut fries and chips and sweet potato chips, tons of options. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to get the orders cooked, but they clearly state the expected wait time on their very artsy menu board. Im making this place a weekly stop!

I cant give lower then a one star when I called they immediately placed me on hold I sat on hold for 20 mins just listening to music I finally had to hang up cause I only got a limited lunch time very unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone a lot more restaurantso with better food and prices

Fries are served in a sealed container, making them soggy. Burger is extremely small and tasteless. Bun has no substance to it. Only good thing about the entire experience was the service.

Came in for quick bite ... typically love the food! All chairs were on table as if they were closed. It was only 7:00. Did not feel welcoming at all. Food was subpar.

French fries are Excellent all you can eat on Weekends. Fries you will. Just like fair fries. Burgers are good. The shakes will make you crazy. Dam they are great!

I have been here a few times. It is a good lunch spot. The menu has lots of variation and the sides i have tried like the special fries are worth a try.

Overcooked burger. Hardly any blue cheese. Small pieces of fries. The bun was the only good thing of the meal. Under staffed, and not very clean.
