Summary: In short my experience there was worse than watching Trabformers 3 off my brothers iPod generation 1 nano with no sound. My Credibility: I have never written a google review before but I learned today just to warn people of the terrible service they will receive here. The play-by-play: Passed through Kentucky on a trip to the smokies. My team was hungry and drive 6 miles off course to find chipotle. When walked in and my buddie ordered a head of me. He was like the canary in the cave dying in front me warning me of the terrible service I was about to receive. He had to ask for extra rice three times in order to receive a normal portion. The pinto beans were passable. Then he then asked for fajitas. The portion he received was like this particular chipotle was rationing these fajitas out to the whole state of Kentucky. Im serious. This pinch of fajitas contained 2 onions strings and a thread of a green pepper. This green pepper was so small it looked like a cats whisker. When he asked for more fajitas he received an eye roll and another pinch of rationed peppers. When it came to my order I had to beg just to receive a normal portion. I couldnt believe what was happening. I kept questioning every chipotle Ive ever been to, thinking maybe those places were just overly generous, and in actuality this is the correctly portioned chipotle, where they give burritos the size of a clementine. Final thoughts: If this was my first experience with chipotle I would never go back. I would swear off this place for good. Worst service of my life. Ironic enough the one who doled out the depression sized amounts of peppers went on break and ordered a burrito. When it came to the fajitas he asked for a mountain of peppers on his burrito! I almost choked. I will never come back. Id rather stand in the cold and eat a fist full of cigarette butts than step foot inside of that place again. Extremely disappointed, Peter

One of the stingiest Chipotles in the area. The workers will try and dupe anybody so that theyre paying the most for the least amount of food. Chipotles in general are pretty notorious for that, but this location takes the cake because theyre so blatantly obvious about it. So be expected to always leave hungry. You also have some of the most unprofessional management running this place. This is only half of the problems I have here. Just recently the stores plus account machine was down and this was my only form of payment. They had recently put a notice out front stating that it was down, so I left and came back when the sign was down, under the impression that it was now fixed because there is sign is no longer there. I wait in line and order only to have the cashier tell me the machine was still out of order. After asking why the sign was taken down she just stood there completely clueless. After explaining that I had seen it was taken down and hence under the impression the machine was fixed, they still refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and give me the food anyway, when it was their fault in the first place. It makes sense now why I no longer see as many people here as I used to. They lost my weekly business.

Used to frequent this place daily. Id even go to buy food for lunch and dinner because they were extremely friendly, consistent, and it was just the best fast casual dining for a healthy diet. Now, theyre generally ill prepared for service. Seems like Im always waiting for someone to hop on the line or the cash register. I find the person behind the line really doesnt care to listen to my request. Lots of assumptions, with little effort to correct themselves. Instead of building my burrito bowl correctly, I end up with 5 sides, because Im assuming they arent allowed to reopen a burrito bowl once its been shut? Bizarre. My other issue is the lack of consistency. Its interesting because they have spoons that are supposed to measure out exactly the proportion to go into your bowl or burrito, but somehow theyve managed to work around that. One day Ill find someone piling the chicken on, the next itll be just barely fill the spoon. Also, if you order online, youre more than likely going to be waiting for it when it comes time to pick up. At the end of the day though, the food is still good. Not much of a chip off my shoulder. The location on Richmond rd is 100% every time I go.

I am a frequent guest at this Chipotle. I would agree with the other reviewers that the quality here is somewhat flexible depending on time of day, but generally it is good, and I find the staff to be courteous and efficient. I knock them down from a 5 to a 4 on the basis of the parking. Yes, everyone is correct that McDonalds is a towing machine (having contracted a towing service that stations a spy in the lot to call in your illegal parking immediately). However, I dont fault Chipotle for that (and come on guys, there are BIG signs that say McDonalds parking only). What I do fault them for is failing to even remotely keep an eye on their own parking lot (18 spaces or so behind the building in the UK lot), which is almost always full, even when the restaurant isnt. It is hard to patronize a restaurant with no available parking, and parking anywhere else is a risk of tow or ticket (or finding a metered space, which can also be a tall order). With all that said though, if youre looking for a big burrito and relatively fresh ingredients, and youre on foot, you cant go wrong here.

Theres always cheese in the guac and some people dont want coagulated milk pus in their guacamole! I know Im an annoying vegan but if Im paying two dollars for a sliver of guac like Avocados are the new cure for AIDS, then be respectful and dont contaminate it. Im sure half the people who even will pay that ridiculous amount for it are vegan and probably feel the same way. Also dont put the tongs from the carnitas in the sofritas. You dont even use tongs for sofritas, you use a spoon. Ive never addressed it to the staff because I dont want to be THAT person but its getting to the point where its everytime. What if this was an allergy issue? Any type of animal product/gluten/soy/nuts need to be in a placement where it wont get into something else. And parking is terrible but I know thats just because Mcdonalds is evil. Other than that, the staff is really nice even when having to keep up in such a fast paced environment.

Quality, service and size of my burrito bowl fluctuates in the highly trafficked collegy part of town. Overall, more times than not I leave feeling satisfied that I at least tried to eat somewhat of a healthy option. The taste is usually great. Chipotle is one of the better options in the area in my opinion when they are on point and not serving you wilted lettuce or chicken that was cooked 3 and 1/2 hours ago, or are trying to hoard their product (ie: giving tiny amounts). The parking situation is downright sadistic as there is a McDonalds next door that will happily have your car towed while you mindlessly enjoy your burrito. Even if you order something from this joke of a McDonalds, they will have you towed the moment you step off property. Back to Chipotle though: Average review.
