My husband had the fried conch. It tasted like greasy, leathery, clam strips. We have had conch many times at other establishments. It was not good at all at this one. I had the calamari. It was horrible fried nothingness. The potatoes were not flavorful. I ended up not eating that much. We decided to give it one more try because of all the great reviews. We ordered something easier to make this time around. We ordered the Tilapia lunch special. The service was bad and our order was to go. The lady at the cash register seemed uninterested and bothered by our presence. To be fair the tilapia was not that bad but the home made fries were horrible. We did not eat much of it and after I ate it I was sick for the rest of the day. Dont go!!!!! It was a waste of money, our day, and our time. I dont know where the other reviews ate at but it not the same place we did. I do not recommend it at all!!!!!!!!

This is by far a Favorite of mine! I cant even ride to that side of town without stopping in! The food is delicious and the service is great but the price is even better! I cant tell you which one of the 3 i like more! Lol I take all my friends/family that come to town & they love it too! The sauce that they drown the food in is FINGA-LICKIN GOOD! Mmmmm Mmmm! Now this is some good eatin! I usually get the Snow Crab dinner that comes with 2 full clusters (sometimes extra) & 2 sides of my choice,usually Ill add a half dozen of shrimp,fried broccoli & 2 deviled eggs w/drink all for around 20 bucks! Now you just cant beat that! And Im ALWAYS greeted with a SMILE :) And I ALWAYS leave with one too! Thanks! Love Flo your #1 Fan! :)

Just went there... The staff was pleasant, and they were kind enough to take my order during closing time. The lemonade was delicious, I can taste the fruit in it... Just needed a cup of ice on the side. The food was great, too! The shrimp were succulent and the rice was cooked perfectly. I like the garlic flavor on the shrimp and broccoli. I would have liked some lemons on the side, for the shrimp... But I didnt think to ask. Either way... Food was great! Packaging: I received enough napkins and utensils.. Thanks!!! I will suggest this place to friends.

Went today on my lunch break and picked up my call-in order and there was hair in my chicken and pasta dish. After returning to have them make me another plate, I asked for a drink along with my food for the inconvenience and the manager and front door clerk seemed as if I was asking for a bit much per their attitude. The food was very salty unlike previous times, it wasnt. Ive been coming here since they opened and frequent their other location in stockbridge. Overall I suggest hairnets and a little easy on the salt.

The crab legs were not clean and you can tell they were old and cheap. The shrimp is deveined incorrectly. The shrimp was over cooked as well. You only get one egg on the side, which I also noticed wasnt boiled fresh. Too much garlic powder in the seasoning, should consider using fresh garlic cloves instead. The strawberry lemonade was good. They gave a customer water directly from the sink. They should consider selling bottled water.

Ive been visiting for about 3 years & they have yet to fail me!! Im a foodie and I hunt out exceptional good. If the establishment was missing every other step and I would gladly jump to the door. But no worries, its ground level. If you love food, please give it a try. You will not be dissatisfied.

Unfortunately their food is just way to greasy for me. The chicken pasta is AMAZING but the amount of oil will literally kill me. I figured Id ask the second time to be light on the oil. They did in fact use less oil but it was still way too much. Just too heavy.

My daughter and I have supported Safe Nostalgia for over 3 years. We have been pleased up until Sept 9, 2015. We ordered two Seafood Pasta dishes with broc (the broc and noodles were over cooked and the seasoning was not the same. Very disappointed and out $30

Awesomeness is all I gotta say... in a nut shell this place knows exactly what the people want. Being a CHICAGOIAN its imparitive to have REAL grub spots to frequent and enjoy. This spot is most definitely one. TREAT YOURSELF DONT BEAT YOURSELF!

Absolutely amazing food that is seasoned to perfection. The staff from the cashier to the cooks have beautiful personalities which is why I do not mind driving from Norcross to Riverdale for their food.

ordered the 2 Catfish and one side or fried broccoli.. had one fish fried hard and extra seasoned and the other baked with there seasoned butter all under $10... very pleased with the order :)

The food was great but the roach that crawled on the wall was horrible! Never was I offered any compensation when the employee came and smashed it in the napkin and carried it away.

Sign said "Seafood Cafe". Got lunch special. $5.39 for huge plate of steamed whiting in buttery sauce, huge side, free drink. Tasty seasoning and healthy. Im a happy dude
