If I could give zero stars I would! This has nothing to do with their food, rather the TERRIBLE customer service. We questioned the price difference from the menu online vs what we were charged for as a carryout order and the rude man who answered the phone said the website is incorrect. I asked if he could pass the incorrect info on to the manager and said something in Spanish and hung up on me. I DID call back and spoke with the manager, who apologized for his behavior but said its frustrating because she claims the website isnt theirs. Someone else created it in their name. FYI to the admin of this site. NO EXCUSE for that kind of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER go back!!

Independence location - arrived and place was empty - Waitress acted like I was an inconvenience. I ordered the double chicken fajita. They only brought out tortillas for a single and charged for me every time I requested additional tortillas. For a place so empty I was surprised that They made me feel I was an inconvenience as the waitresses sat at a table and had conversation. I will never return to this location. I have had great service at the Florence ky location.

We have yet to find one as good as our previous city (El Paso, TX) where every corner had a Mexican Restaurant, but this one so far is in the top 1-3 in the area. Was one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants, but they dropped a little the last visit with some higher prices and they either changed they way they made their Taquitos or they made a mistake for the worse. Will give they another chance and see if this review drops or goes back up.

Went there to eat with my wife, before she was even done with her meal she felt sick. I lasted until about 10:30 that night. The most i have ever puked in my sitting, ever. Needless to say we both have food poisoning now. Worst feeling ever. Will never be returning no matter how many times they change names.

We live with in walking distance to El Rio Grande, we eat there at least 3 times a month. The atmosphere is great along with the service. The portions are very large and the food is very good. Great family restaurant in the heart of Independence, KY.

A wonderful home town Mexican restaurant. The service is always fast and the food is always good as well as the prices are very reasonable. Not my favorite Mexican restaurant but its close to home and always very comfortable.

I ordered the lunch chicken chimichanga, and it was excellent. Huge portion, very tasty and affordably priced. We didnt really like their salsa, but everything else was delicious.

Terrible. Slow service. Paper on two meals. Daughters quesdilla was rock solid with rice sticking to it, tried to pick it off and the rice didnt move. Horrible.
