Better than expected and a classic example of dont judge a book my Its cover Despite the less that creative signage and local cafe feel the menu fills out with a large variety of different t cuisines. I dont talk to the owner and find out about organic or locally sourced but there is definitely a creative feel here. The salads were above average with unique dressings. The steak was cooked well with roasted potatoes and a delicious mustard cream sauce. I didnt have to cut off any fat either. The chicken was very light and juicy with a fluffy fried shell. It didnt taste heavy or overly greasy. The read putting had a white chocolate which I dont like but it wasnt over whelming and the consistency was good. The Pana Cotta was also done right, maybe a little too soft if I was being picky with a strong caramel sauce. The panna cotta doesnt need the caramel sauce at all. It was good by itself. I will definitely come back here and try some more entrees.

If you are in the mood for good food that isnt microwaved like the stuff at your local restaurant chain, then get in your car and come to Bistro C. Ive been here a few times now, and I can honestly say this is the best kept secret in Canton... AND IT SHOULDNT BE A SECRET!!! French style medallions are amazing, and the macaroons and bread pudding put anything youve had to shame. Adan (chef) knows his craft very well. If youve been on the fence about coming, get off of it, and come try this wonderful place! EDIT: I felt the need to come back after having been here more than 6 times now. Ive had everything on the Entree menu and 2 of the paninis. Everything was amazing. The Pork Panini and Moroccan Salmon in particular are unbelievable.

This great little Bistro was a wonderful surprise, when I first discovered it and tried it out! Since then, I have tried most of the items on the menu and have been very pleased by each one! It is difficult to decide which is my favorite-they all are! Chef Adan is professionally trained and is excellent! The service staff are professional and friendly! And the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The prices for the quality are very reasonable. I am so grateful that Bistro C is near my house! It is truly a special place. Chef Adan has just added another wonderful homemade dessert tiramisu. He spent a year perfecting the recipe--and it is luscious, especially paired with a cappuccino.

Bistro C is awesome. After asking for a food recommendation, my server, Zack, recommended an "off-the-menu" sandwich called the turkey club. He then described everything that came on said club as well as my side options. I was impressed with his knowledge of the menu. The first bite of the sandwich was spectacular, and the green beans were superb. The food greatly surpassed expectation. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was outstanding. This place is a must eat!!!

I had lunch at Bistro C today. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is excellent as well! I recommend the shrimp scampi, beef medallions, pork panini or the beef schnitzel. Those are my favorites but I am positive anything on the menu is awesome! One more thing, try the fries with aioli sauce! Great job Bistro C!

A wonderful place for lunch! Very enjoyable, we had espressos and spinach and artichoke dip with garlic bread for the appetizer. We shared the vegetable panini with a salad for the entree. Everything was excellent. The paintings on the wall are very nice. I had a lot of trouble choosing what to have, such a good menu!

What a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious and our waitress was so fabulous! I had the Pan Roasted Salmon BLT and my hubbie had the French Vegetable Panini and the soup of the day which was Tomato Basil. The aioli for each sandwich was extremely delicious and made the sandwich! We will definitely come back!

I actually was looking for a crepes place, they have one crepe so it popped up on Google. Urned out to be a hidden jewel though. Real deal paninis!!! Thin crispy bread, fries were really good. Make sure to ask for the purple aoli sauce to dip your fries in. We got our food in around 15-20 mins. Very good!!

If I lived close to here i would come eat at least once a week. Loved the atmosphere, it was my first time at Bistro C and was given great suggestions on what to eat. The soup of the day was chicken soup and it was DELICIOUS. Came because of the comments on here and i dont regret it!!!! You wont either.

Great food at affordable prices. The owner cooks and is proud of his work. They serve all three meals, but the sandwiches have been my favorite, If youre here for lunch, dont miss the olive mayonnaise they make. Far more interesting than the ketchup you might otherwise dip your fries in.

I cant believe it took me this long to write a review! Ive never had a bad experience here. Their paninis are delicious and fresh, and the portions are perfect. The service is always quick and friendly. I like the atmosphere (you can even sit outside of you want) and its always clean.

Went there for the first time today. Some are always leery of new places but I was pleasantly surprised! The turkey/cranberry sandwich special was fantastic. The service was a little slow though (more the servers than the kitchen) but I will definitely be going back!

This is our favorite local restaurant! Just tried the Arepa from the new appetizer menu and it was delicious! A little hard to share. Cannot wait to try the Crab Cakes, Sauted Garlic Shrimp with grilled pita, Hummus, and Spinach Artichoke dip with garlic bread!
