Ive never been to a Gold Start Chilli before today. I was greeted apon entering thru the door. Sat down and server got my drink order within seconds. Pepsi products are a plus but not mandatory. The mountain dew seemed mixed right and spot on. Unlike gas station fouintan pop, where they skimp on the syurp. The menu was simple and easy to read. My food order was taken promptly. When I was ready When my food was presented to me, all items were correct. With a allergy to onions I was thankful. I had a double decker turkey and bacon sandwitch, with cheadder cheese. I dont recall what the sandwitch was called. Also had to get two signature coney dogs, w/o onion. The sandwich had a good amount of meat, lots of bacon and was quite filling. The coney dogs looked like the picture and tasted good as well. Refill of my drink was prompt. Which added to the pleasant visit. My visit was going so well, I ordered a orange shake to go. Overall a great experience and will go again, and when I see another in my travels will suggest to my friends and family.

I LOVE Gold Star, its my favorite fast food restaurant. HOWEVER, this location is the worse. They are a bit dirty...and the staff a bit rude. Was scoffed at for being a vegetarian, made fun of for my hair cut (I have a short hair style...rather average..nothing weird). I was given the worse services and was made fun of in front of my face...literal pointing and laughing by the employees. They also messed up my order and with great annoyance I was able to get it corrected, though they made the inconvenience to them very clear. In addition, service was slow....I would never return here, even if it was the last Gold Star standing. I recommend making the trip to the New Port one...might be a littler further, but the service and food quality exceeds this location by a landslide.

Drive thru doest work like it should couldnt place order at menu board where I was expecting to view my choices. Was told to pull to window and sit for another 10 mind before ordering. Run in and dont understand why so slow the chili and dogs are precooked and looks well staffed and the place is empty yet service is super slow still all just for an 8oz cup of chili for $5and some change then be charged for a cup as ice...are you kidding me!

This place sucks at life. Every restaurant in covington sucks at life. Always messing my food up, always forgetting to put stuff in the bag. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK A BAG!! ITS YOUR JOB TO DO IT RIGHT. its ridiculous at this point. This isnt a single situation, it happens alot. Ridiculous.

Im fed up with this location. Anytime I get carryout or drive thru they forget my cheese and onions. Was actually told today that the chili Mac which shows a mountain of cheese on top in the picture, that it did not come with that extra cheese on top. Im never going back to this location again

Great chili, coneys, burritos, double deckers, fries and salads. The food is always delicious and the service there is top notch. They are fast and very friendly. I really enjoy this location and the day staff. Dine here often too. Cant go wrong with Gold Star!

The chili with Fritos burrito was 20% filling and 80% tortilla. Someone I was with ordered a chicken salad that arrived sans chicken. Another member of our party said the chili was good, so 1/3 on the food front.

Good for a late night meal. The staff are friendly and attentive to their patrons. I recommend that you lock your car doors though as almost every time I get someone knocking on my window asking for money.

Had the the 4 way and a "coney"...the chili was bland., the coney was like a bite sized hot dog. Waitress brought our food and then we didnt see her again...she was busy on her phone.
