They have screwed up my to go order yet again. They have managed to consecutively screw up my order several times now. Tonight was supposed to be a super fajita quesadilla grande. What did I get? A chicken quesadilla. Significant difference. Difference in price as well. Guess what Id always charged! The bigger ticket item that I never end up getting. Extremely disappointing. I also went in there for lunch one day with a friend and the hostess sat us at a table with dirty dishes on it. There were maybe two other tables with probably 8-10 clean tables we could have been sat at. Once she removed the dirty dishes she came to take our drink order, sat down the menus and silverwear on the dirty table. I asked her to wipe it down and she looked at me like I was asking her to do a backflip. She came back and wiped down half the table and sat the same silverwear back down and didnt take our drink order. Needless to say we got up and left.

Food is bad but everything else is fine. Once the waiter argued with me because I told him they prepared the stuffed poblano peppers wrong. I ordered them with chicken so this place puts the chicken inside the pepper BUT leaves the cheese out. This is the main thing I eat at every Mexican restaurant for the last 20 years. It ALWAYS has cheese despite any other ingredients. He is Mexican and tells me this is the way it is normally prepared. I tell him that we are not in Mexico and I have been eating this dish as long as he has been alive and I have never seen it without cheese. He wasnt really rude just a tad too insistent for a server lol.

Very mediocre food for almost twice as much as Id pay at a quality restaurant in the next town over. If you dont have easy transportation and this is the only area you have access to, then I could understand going here, but other than that it is just a waste of time and money. Also, slightly annoyed that our table was asked how to split the checks, we said separate, and they still gave us the group check. If you arent going to split it, why even ask?

We will never go back! They double charged our bank card and have not been at all helpful and have in fact been dismissive of our concerns. We will have to go through the bank to dispute the charge when the restaurant could have resolved this with one simple phone call and the manager Jesus Jaime would not even make that one call.

Good salsa, better service. We visited and were waited on by Angelica. Best service weve gotten there by far. Be sure to ask for her. The table salsa was among the best weve had. Substantial with the right amount of heat. We split an order of Chilequilles - enough for two and left room for dessert. Good local place.

The dinner Special was grilled chicken & pineapple w special sauce. A-1 steak Sauce !! Slathered on, the pineapple also slathered in steak sauce. The "Cream salad" was a large scoop of plain sour cream on shredded taco lettuce. The absolute worst meal Ive ever been served. Whoever thought of this should be ashamed.

Love Viva Mexico. My husband is obsessed with Mexican food and we eat it a lot. This is definitely one of our preferred restaurants in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is always great, and the prices are very reasonable. Weve been here many many times and have never been disappointed.

The take out service is below average. The constant debating on getting enough chips for everone is exhausting. You get the same amount for one order or five orders. I even tried to order chips on the side when I have nachos, still same amount. I have eaten inside the restaurant for years and it is excellent.

The service was terrible. ..I guess they expect you to only order food and not drinks and apps, etc....server NEVER came to our table. ...5 servers decided to come to our table when we threatened not to pay the $30 tab....we left Hungry and to go to Wendys for a burger. ..bullhonky!!!
