Went threw drive threw ordered a #9 and a eight piece nugget. Get my food and get half way down the road and reach to get the eight piece out of the bag to give go my daughter when I realized there wasnt one. Go back to burger kind and go back threw drive threw. Get to the window the guy says oh your the one that FORGOT the eight piece nugget. Are you serious. Yeah idiot I sat it back down inside your window after you never put it in the bag! You forgot it retard not me! The fries wasnt done my drink was half full. Place is terrible.

Yeah I was a manager there.... If I was a customer I strongly not recommend anyone to go there..... The employees there are rude they talk behind ur back.... Not very friendly to ppl... The gm there shes no good shes never there she talks to her workers like a dog... Its not fair to her workers to do all the work while shes at home with her legs open.... U dont operate a business like that n u call yourself a gm come on.... Really... Seriously...

Food quality is bad. I ordered a brownie sundae one day and the brownie pieces in it were all burnt and hard as a rock. Another day I ordered the Garden Salad and the salad was frozen and sick looking. You cant freeze salad, it ruins it. Terrible food, will not be going back. Its alright if youre just getting a burger and some fries, but anything else is clearly of terrible quality.

Came through the drive thru and the lady says be with you in a minute. Almost 6 mins later she comes back on and because I had to wait so long could not get breakfast cause it was now lunch time. This has happened more then once. Just really annoying. Not to mention they are very rude most mornings. Guess Ill start going somewhere else.

The food was extremely lacking. The cheeseburgers are incredibly tiny and even the "bacon" cheeseburger had about a half inch of bacon. The bathrooms were very old too. The staff was very friendly and I dont think its their fault, but the facility was terrible!

Terrible service at the drive thru - cashier dropped our change on the ground and had a fit when we opened the door to find it. "That money belongs in the cash drawer..." Really? Idiot girl working there 1/15/2013 in the AM.

Classic fare. Went through the drive through and the service was not great. They did not give me one of the items I ordered and did not give any napkins, ketchup, or sauce. Dont go to their drive through.

Did not like the new Crispy Chicken sandwich, sloppily made and skimpy on the toppings. Service was slow, employees were talking about personal things together, food was slow coming from kitchen.

We had to wait outside the driver thru to get our food. It wasnt just us though... There was a line of other cars along side with us. The food did come and everything was in the bag.

The kids loved the chocolate milk and the choice of fries or applesauce. I wish that my salad had more than just iceberg lettuce though. Get better salads and I might come back.
