Went out for a birthday dinner with my hubby and got poor service from our server. She only came by after a manager told her when did have our drinks yet after sitting there for 15 minutes. We ordered right away with our drinks also. When we finally got our dinner from a different server, she stopped by to say I got the last daily special and laughed. Then stopped by to give us our bill and say sorry for the service. That is right she came over 3 times. She didnt take the time to listen to our order correctly. I had to ask someone else for lemon for my water after asking for it when I ordered it. Had to ask for cottage cheese a second time after I also ordered it . We got our bill and we asked for boxes for our leftovers and she brought one. Asked for extra cornbread and got none. I understand that people have off days but we were not the only table with poor service from her. Thank gosh the food was good.

I would rate this place 0 stars if possible...I went to this restaurant last week on a sunday at 11am with my girlfriend and my parents. Our waitress got 3 out of 4 of our orders completely wrong, and one of our meals never even showed up after 45 minutes after we ordered. I can understand 1 or 2 orders being wrong by accident, but anything more than that for a table of 4 is just absurd. That waitress needs to be fired. Finally, the manager fixed the waitress F-up, and gave us all of our food for no charge. Im never going there again.

I have always been a big fan of cracker barrel. Out of all the times we have been to the one in Harrison we only had one bad experience but tonight was the very best we have ever had and it was all due to our waiter his name Brandon and he did an amazing job. He was very attentive to us and took very good care of us. A very satisfied customer. We will be back and probably ask to have him again.

I think the servers are nice and all. The problem I have with this Cracker barrel is the noise level of the dining room. It is so loud infact that I leave with a headache. If your talking to someone across the table you have to borderline scream at them for them to hear you. The gift shop isles are kind of narrow, and the attendants always look at you like your stealing things.

Both my husband and I got sick after eating there. It was especially horrible because it was the night before his fiftieth birthday. Ruined his birthday party. The manager was horrible over the situation. I called to give him a heads up but with his response I ended out turning them in for food poisoning. This was one year ago. We havent gone back.

While service can be intermittent at Cracker Barrel more as of late, today was a good experience. The staff handled our order well even with the large amount of people at the restaurant. Food was as expected, quality above average. Our waitress misunderstood order for my diabetic son but made the correction with a smile and promptly.

Our waitress Rosa was amazing so sweet and kind. We actually had a sweet couple pay our bill for us. What a kind thing to do for strangers. Thank you to the older couple who paid our bill for us!! We paid it forward and left 10 tips for both waitresses. Thanks again to them and we will keep paying it forward.

Always up to par when we stop at one of these. The RV parking is not suitable for travel trailers, large trucks, or big campers. Spaces just arent big enough. But parking lot directly next to them is easy to use.

If you go here during cold weather, and sit at one of the two tables near the roaring fireplace, its wonderful. The food is great. But all of the other seats are cold and theres not enough privacy per table.

Love this place even if there is a little wait, you can look around. If Im waiting on someone or just need to seat down theres plenty places to sit outside. Food has always been good.
