50% of time your order is wrong or messed up. My past 6-8 times going there I got the new crispy chicken sandwich, which is really good but I order heavy mayo only, Ive tried saying extra extra mayo only and every time I get my chicken sandwich it looks like I asked for very light mayo. They either dont understand a simple request, cant read the screen, or do it on purpose but its just gotten ridiculous. Also I got a bacon king the other week and it only had 1 patty instead of the 2 its supposed to have. Also the other times instead of 6 strips of bacon i get 2-4 strips of bacon...Burger King just hires the biggest idiots that cant ever get a single order right or how you want it. Will never order a crispy chicken again as they are like over $4 a sandwich and the bacon king is almost $6. Please hire literate people that understand what you are asking for on your sandwiches! UPDATE...just went there and they tried to not give me 2 whoppers i paid for and i ordered a bacon king and they gave me a bbq bacon king and pretty much refused to remake my sandwich and pleaded for me to take the bbq 1....how unprofessional is that...Terrible employees and service. Will not be going back for a good while

Sucks we pull in all employees are outside petting a horse thats in a trailer we go thru the drive thru had to repeat myself over and over on my order get up to the window can hear what she is saying about the horse owner owning a big ranch pay for food wondering if she even washed her hands get my drinks tells me to pull forward I do then my food comes out from the same girl who is mopping the floors and fries are cold she says is everything ok I say no fries are cold you want I can make you more I day no Id have to wait another 15 minutes for them to come out cold again every time we go there thru the drive thru we get cold food oh heres the best part we ordered 4 whopper meals burgers and fries all in 1 bag WOW trying to save money on bags needless to say We wont be back to that burger king.

Please help me understand the logic behind the long wait and a free piece of pie. I placed an order and several others came into the store after me. They received their order and had left before I received mine. The girl behind the counter kept offering me a FREE PIECE OF PIE?????? Do YOU really think I would want a piece of pie after having to wait on my order for over 15 minutes? I dont think so. If you cont handle the order, than you do not need to be in FOOD SERVICE!!!!!!! My order was so simple "10 orders of chicken nuggets".

Came for a delicious BK breakfast biscuit. Was not greeted or thanked. And NO BISCUITS available?! I said ok Ill wait. She said it would 15 minutes or so..... oh well. UPDATE: 4 Days in a Row No Biscuits. Always told the same exact thing... "Biscuits are in the oven do you want that on a Croissant?" Notified BK Corporate and got a "Canned" reply... "Thanks for letting us know" Crap. BK has gone down down down hill.

Took forever to get them to come to the counter to take an order. Only one girl was working and she was running the drive thru. Finally 3 other people emerge from the back. I get its not fine dining, but I was going the fast food chain was at least fast.

Great prices you can feed the whole family for under 15 dollars. If you come through the drive thru the problems! Something will be missing in your bag. Save yourself the hassle and come inside and order that way you can check it out and everything.

20 mins in the drive thru.....for 1 PLAIN burger, nuggets and a cookie. After 29 mins, I went inside and had to ask for my order....left only to realize they didnt even give me my cookie!! Seriously....you arent saving babies, its fast food!

Visited on 1/24/17. Stood waiting to order for 10 minutes. No one else in line. No one acknowledged us. We could see the person working drive thru but she never looked at us. We walked out.
