I went out to get lunch today at approximately 1:00 p.m. I decided to go to Burger King where I planned to get an Angry Whopper, Onion Rings and a Coke. When I pulled up to the speaker/microphone to order, the girl asked me to wait. I wasnt in a hurry so this didnt bother me at all. When her voice came back over the speaker, she informed me that she was ready to take my order. I ordered a number 3 (Angry Whopper with onion rings and a coke). She immediately wanted to know if I wanted that small, medium or large...I informed her that I would like a medium. She then asked if I wanted cheese on the Whopper. I was a little confused by this, as the Angry Whopper comes with cheese, but I played along and replied, "Yes". She then asked me what kind of fries I would like. I had not ordered fries so I explained to her that I would like to have "onion rings rather than fries". She immediately gave me my total. Since she obviously had NOT been paying attention when I first gave her my order, I thought it would be prudent to tell her, again, that I had a Coke...which I did. When I pulled up to the window, she leaned out to hand me the bag. She started to tell me, again, what my total was...but, alas, she couldnt remember it. She looked at me and asked, "You got the number 3 right?" I said, "Yes" and handed her $8. I thought she had told me that the total was $7.99 but she gave me back app. .40 in change. She also looked at me and said, "What did you have to drink?"...IT WAS THE VERY LAST THING I SAID TO HER BEFORE PULLING AWAY FROM THE SPEAKER. How difficult can it be to simply PAY ATTENTION. This didnt occur at the peak of the lunch rush...it was well after 1:00 p.m. What else could be going on that would be so distracting that an employee cant even listen to the order of the person whose purchase pays that employees salary. Food Good....Service Needs Improvement

The customer service at this location is horrible. About a month ago they messed up my order and the manager told me to come back and they would fix it. Well I went back about a week later and instead of looking to see if my name was wrote down the manager simply called me a liar and would not replace my food. Well tonight I decided to give them yet another chance since I have been craving a whopper all day and stopped at 11:10 and they are closed. They are not supposed to close until 12 on Friday, so thats it I am a fat boy and you do not play with my food, last chance BK :( and its a shame because they are my favorite burger.

Decent food, decent service at most all locations. Nothing special here, just another fast food place. The different thing about Burger King is last time I was there, their take on flurries, blizzards, concrete mixers, whatever they call them here, were peanut free which is nice for a change. The staff messes up the order or takes long most of the time, nothing special besides that.

The nuggets are horrible. The ones I got were cold and hard. They messed up on my order. The soda machine was out of alot of flavors. Only thing that I ate that was good was the fries. They made fresh nuggets for me and they were still awful!! I will never eat there again. Poor quality food, tastes horrible. Goodbye Burger King.

If you are going to charge extra to add cheese, why dont you make sure your ignorant employees ADD THE CHEESE. Always an issue at this location, probably paid over $10 for cheese to be added and never had it actually put on. Working at BK is hard, isnt it.

at times this location can be good.. customer service is ok.. the breakfast is horrible.. 3/5 times your order will be wrong.. I only go if someone I know is there to make my food correctly

If you didnt already know they have a VEGGIE BURGER! Unfortunately this isnt the fastest or cleanest location in the country however, the people are very friendly.
