Sometimes it can be slow but most the time it is lightning bolt fast lol and because its really not a super super busy white castle the God (in my experience) is always cook to order. And they have stepped it up. With the drinks Im in love with their Coke freestyle machine but if I could change one thing it would be the surveys they give me every single time I go all in all it is a pretty nice fast craft fast food restaurant

A White Castle like any other. I generally visit during the late night hours and the drive-thru line is pretty slow. They also have a befuddling system for their drive-thru. They have two windows but only use the furthest one. However, if youre "in the know" you stop at the first one if theres a line and occasionally an employee will magically show up and take your payment there.

Not the easiest place to get in and out of and it generally takes a while to get anything from the drive thru even a single drink but if you go inside the place is clean and the service is a little better.

Burgers are never fresh. I get warm hard crusty on the edges where they have set. If you ask for fresh you still get Luke warm burgers. I gave up!
