This was my familys first time eating at this restaurant. The service was poor. The questions we asked seemed to bother the employees. Which the first question was what is popular for children? I was answered by " I dont know". The biggest issue was the food. I was eating and found a sharp and very large piece of bone in my food. (When I say large it was the size of a dime and was sharpe) Im glad it was in my food rather than in one of my daughters food. Specially my 4 year old. I brought object (bone) to the manager. I was told sorry. As she walked away. Maybe my expectations are to high. I know this isnt a high end steak house. But the experience was bad. 1 star might be generous.

The best way to define this place, as many reviewers already have, is to call it an Italian Chipotle, except the food is not as flavorful, is much pricier and the atmosphere is more pretentious. If this is Italian street food, lets stick to Italian gourmet then! If you order a piada, be prepared for a very messy adventure. The bread will flake and fall apart in your hands. Clearly this joint is still a work in progress. The line cooks looked very young, not too confident in what theyre doing and not interested in getting better.

I just walked in to order something to eat stood there for a few minutes which is fine but the fact the the girl at the register wasnt going to move to help me and the two guys that were in the back didnt want to wait on me either. Its not like they were busy they were just standing around. I my opinion not very good customer service I have been here several times wont be back if that is they type of employees they want to hire.

Nice looking interior. All of that did not matter when my pasta was pulled from a crockpot. They put it on a plate and did some sort of magical spin with a fork to make you forget your pasta just came out of a crockpot. Meatballs were processed and tasted like the type you get from the freezer at Kroger. Tried a breadstick it was ok. Not impressed, I was hoping it was a good place to get Italian, was disappointed.

Awful experience. It took about 30-45 minutes to get one simple item on their menu. The employees were all children and argued about who needed to do what. There were easily 10 unfinished "piadas" and 6 kids scrambling around unsure of how to complete their mission. (Feeding the customer) They were very sweet but wow... if the food werent cold, it would have been awesome though!

To sum it up in one word, meh. This is as about as Italian as the Chinese restaurant down the street from wherever you are. It all "looks" great but the flavors are simply just lacking or full of unnecessary salad dressings. Likely not on my list anymore but the store does look lovely, nice helpful staff, and very clean. So, yea... They got that going for them.

Went first time for lunch today and was so impressed I had to write a review. The manager / owner greeted us as we walked in and explained the menu. Its kind of like an Italian Chipotle. Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were in and out very quickly. Everything about my visit surpassed all expectations.

Its like a Chipotle for Italian food. And I love that. Was very tasty, but the dining room really doesnt have enough seating to accommodate the crowds theyre pulling in. Plan to get it to go or be prepared to hover waiting for a seat to open up during the lunch and dinner hours.

I was expecting a more traditional Italian food, but its very similar to Chipotle. A piada is essentially a wrap. Not what I was expecting, but it was delicious. Be aware that much of the food is spicy. A little pricey, though and not a huge selection for children.

While I normally love Piada this location was a little disappointing. We were only people there yet it seemed they had to replenish every item we ordered, pack up food and check out. All that and discovered they left off my chicken fritte when I got home.

Absolutely wonderful service. Never been to a piada till today and when I told the man behind the counter that I have never been, he started recommending his favorites and helping me figure out what I wanted! Also the food tasted great!

Its Chipotle and Subway serving Italian street food. Very overpriced and not very tasty! For what we paid, we could have gone to Olive Garden and been waited on. Dont waste your money!

The Italian Chipotle! Ordering, seating, and food preparation time all mimic Chipotle. The food is great and the few Italian soda and water fountains they have are delicious.

Friendly staff and food was delicious. Tell the staff if you want other toppings, because they move really fast and your food may be ready before you get to tell them.

No better than a Taco Bell or a Subway but more expensive. You may get good service or you may leave not very satisfied. Just depends on who is working.

Good, fresh-ish food. This location needs an air-lock at the doorway though. The doors close slowly, and on a cold day, it stays frigid inside.

Delicious food, friendly service. Farm Club Tasca is very good. Working out the kinks as they are a new restaurant in the area. Worth a visit!

The chefs favorite with calamari was out of this world delicious. The meatballs were so very tasty too. Instantly its our favorite restaurant.

Eh. Food is mediocre and cold. Alfredo sauce doesnt taste like actual alfredo sauce. The service is great though! Chloe is nice and friendly!

Fantastic food with decent prices. Chefs favourite paida with crispy chicken is amazing. Love the cannolies and their Italian sodas too.

Meals for the whole family. As much choice for kids as most restaurants of this type. Popular with younger crowd...And me!

The food was good but really heavy. As usual, they put way too much dressing on the salad. But, Id go back and try it again

Hands down the worst Piada franchise. We were literally the only customers there and service was still unbearably shotty.
