The employees are nice and friendly. But thats about all I can say thats good about this location. Ive eaten, or attempted to eat here, probably a dozen times over this past year. Half the time theyre closed before 10pm, even though they clearly have an open late sign and their hours say differently. And most frustratingly, sometimes the lights are off and theyre not responding at the drive through, but theres a handful of cars parked alongside the building and you can clearly see employees inside. The other half of the time, and this Is literally every time Ive successfully ordered food there, as Im pulling in to the parking lot, all of the employees are outside standing around their cars smoking and they all run inside to man their stations. Not only is my wife highly allergic to cigarette smoke, but its just gross. We can clearly smell the smoke on them as our food is getting passed to us. Time and time again Im disappointed by my experience here. I live nearby and travel a lot for work. I like to get Taco Bell on occasion and am constantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism of other Taco Bell employees at other locations. I wish this one would get their act together.

Horrible, the screen in the drive thru didnt work so u couldnt see what was ordered or understand the girl at the window. The girl at the window walked off after giving my food to me n didnt give me my drink. I had to honk my horn to get her attention. Get home, they forgot my taco which came with my combo n gave me no receipt to return to the store for a refund either!

My drink was too full so it leaked a lot onto my shirt because of liquid under the lid rim. Ordered two items with no sour cream, got sour cream. Ordered a chicken burrito, got a chicken soft taco. Interrupted with "is that all" after every menu item. Staff messing around and not focused. What the hell?

You never know what your "food" is going to come out like. The drive thru screen is still not functioning. The employees have no clue about the menu. The service sucks. But then again, its typical of the restaurants here, with the exception of skyline.

I have had a few problems here in the past. The service is usually okay. Today when I went the portions where very small. The chili cheese burrito I had was almost empty. I returned it and got an new one that was only a little better.

The dining area was a mess even though they werent busy, only one couple in there when I showed up. Food on the floor and almost every table was messy. They ran out of forks. The young man who took the order was nice.

One of the girls who opens in the mornings often just hangs out inside and tells everyone theyre closed. Just happened again today at 9:30am on July 15th. Shes just hanging out with a friend inside.
