This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. It opened up 3 years ago and has been terrible since. The lobby closes at 8pm!! There are many industrial companies located around this store, many of my employees come back late from lunch on 2nd shift because they "went to taco bell", I tell my employees dont go to taco bell or you will be late, 2nd shift lunch is usually 8pm for most companies. So now the lobby is closed and the drive through is backed up around the building. This place needs to be torn down and used as a parking lot for the other restaurants hundreds of feet away, like gold star, subway, sonic, buffalo bobs, mad mikes, steak and shake and many more. Do they realize they have competition?

Only leaving 1 star because I cant leave zero. The lady running the counter was counting coins in the register and never registered that I was waiting to order except to give me a dirty look when Id been waiting for about 2 minutes. Eventually a line formed and she asked for help from the back and the person working the drive through said "I dont know what you want me to do about it." If youre hungry, just keep driving to another exit.

I used to be a market training manager for taco bell and i have never been in such a poorly ran restaurant. I have only received wow service one time out of about 20 so not such a good thing. Area coach needs to look at this stores sales and customer service reports and change things up to better the customer service for its guest. These places can be great if the people care that work there. GET IT RIGHT MT. ZION!!!!!!

The food is always fine. It is a Taco Bell. The wait is what kills me. I have never received my food in under five minutes regardless of how busy they are. I have had to wait an upwards of 20 minutes before to get my food. If you dont like to wait, drive a little bit farther to the Florence locations off Hwy 42, or mall road. Their locations are much better. The bathrooms here are also very bad.

After going through the drive thru I get home with my order just to find everything is wrong, I start to feed my baby the potatoes just to find a huge hair in them so I take the order back for a refund the workers are telling me it is not their hair as I am pulling more hair out from under the sour cream and cheese they were really rude and really nasty please eat somewhere else to eat...

They are a little yuppie crowd that doesnt really Conform to the usual late night taco bell crowd . They close at 9pm because of this. I think 10 on the weekends. I guess they feel they do t need to participate in taco bells late night hunger program.

Was there today the food was not great to much sour cream on the chulupas hardly no chicken and the chicken quesadilla was to spice and dripping liquid gross i really like the one in walton its awesome will not come back here dont recommend

I tried to order at the Taco Bell drive thru on Mt Zion tonight at 11 pm, and a young girl with a very bad mouth said they closed early since there boss wasnt there. Awful customer service. Very rude.

Almost always slow and inaccurate. Once was only car in drive-thru with no customers inside, waited 10+ mins at speaker after being asked to wait a moment and they never came back to take my order.

Went there for breakfast to find the doors locked at 8:00 AM. The hours posted on the door were marked open at 7:00 AM. There were employees inside, and the drive-thru appeared to be open.

I know the bar isnt particularly high for Taco Bells, but this is the best one in the area. The staff is always courteous and Ive never had an issue with my order being accurate or not.
