First the Crittenden gold star chilli has worst service. Had a take out order and my coney did not have chilli on them. Called back 3 times for the Manger Kate and all I got was call the general manager in the morning. The food and service was awful. Fed my conies to the dog. Will not eat at another gold star chili again especially critteden ky. The mangers do care about the customer services. Good luck if you eat there. By the way Dry Ridge ky is no better. We drove 7 miles to critteden hoping to get a good meal
