Went to drive thru at Wagner Avenue. Unfortunately they could not get my card to swipe. Most places can manually enter your number rather than have to lose the sale. Apparently this is not the case at this store. When I called to get number to corporate to speak with them about why this is an issue, I was treated to the wonderful experience of a smart aleck answer. I was given a mans phone number and was informed that he was a very happy man. Happy all the time. Would be more than happy to help me. Very nice to know customer issues are handled this way. Obviously this place could use some lessons in customer service. Other issues at this store have been slow service and orders usually wrong.

The Greenville ohio burger king needs a visit from corporate burger king because my grandmother and I where waiting a good 10 min before they even took our order and still the server was rude and didnt listen to our order and not only was it rung up incorectly but the order was even more wrong by not even following the order....would recommend going to dominos or Wendys next door before I ever eat there again

I went to Burger King here in grand ol Greenville, OH with my parents, I ordered a chicken bacon and ranch and they didnt put ranch on it first of all, and second the chicken was so grisly it was inedible to humans not to mention it was partially raw. This is disgusting and unhealthy.

Had a nice birthday party with family and friend... Yes I said friend not friends.. .I know Its surprising that I have a friend... But I do... Any how I think management at this store has really improved from the bottom up... Great service and a quality experience
