First of all, where I come from, people order flamethrower wraps all the time (chicken wraps with flamethrower sauce), not that hard to comprehend. I have ordered these for 6 years from dairy queen, and I like them so much that I only ever order those and tries. I asked the girl at the counter for two crispy flamethrower chicken wraps and she smirked and said "you mean flamethrower burgers?" I said no, flamethrower sauce on chicken wraps and she proceeded with "oh we dont have those." Then I had to explain to her that they obviously carried flamethrower sauce, and chicken wraps, so why couldnt she just substitute the sauce they usually put on them? She finally agreed to do that and put my order into the register fairly quickly (I think she was just trying to be difficult) and then I stood waiting for my food for ten minutes. When I got it, somehow, the chicken strips were burnt, there was hardly any sauce on them, and what was on them had essentially dried up. The fries were soggy. I was extremely disappointed especially since I am very fond of flamethrower wraps (theyre probably my favorite fast food food) and had to drive 45 minutes to get there. I really hope the service doesnt continue to be this bad, Im already considering just trying a different dairy queen. To be fair, Im giving them three stars because this is only my first time going there, and for all I know the employees could have all been new or having a bad day.

I drove by here at 9:34pm on a Sunday the hours of operation say open until 10pm. They locked the doors as I drove up and parked watching me through the glass. I saw three employees all male, two were dancing behind the counter one with no shirt on in a tank top the other in a flannel chest showing shirt wide open. The third was the one who locked the doors, as he spun around he picked up a rag and wiped off what looked like a fountain machine. I understand some franchises are independently owned but the company name Dairy Queen is what they are representing and this was a poor representation of any establishment that serves food. Fast food or a sit down five star restaurant I just dont think certain things are acceptable. I would avoid this location at all cost. The Wilder location isnt that much further and I have never had any issues out there, I would suggest going the extra mile or two.

HOLY COW! What a place to eat, I have never had a better experience in any other restaurant. They probably have the best food on this side of the Mississippi. The employees were all well groomed, no gauges at all, young people, all excited to make your blizzard.

Service is pretty quick. The French Fries are fantastic. Hamburgers are as good as any fast food place. We go there for the monthly blizzard specials, and an occasional meal.
