I had been wanting to go to Dairy Queen for a long time. So Saturday as my family was out we stopped by the Crossville location. What a mistake... the food was awlful!!! Noone could eat the burgers cause the meat was so hard the buns tasted bad - the fries were cold and not done... the only thing I got that was any good for my 31 dollars and change was the hot dog... so I want be visiting the Dairy Queen in Crossville anytime soon... and by the way the help was not at all friendly... so thanks for wasting my money and leaving my family hungery after we left...

We received horrible and rude service in the drive-thru during the daytime on 03/01/2017. There was a lot of noise from an exhaust fan on the outside of the building near the speaker. The girl at the window did not want to speak up and she got an attitude. I had to return the sandwich that is pictured and had it replaced. I noticed the inside was simply unsanitary. We both got ill from the food here and will not be eating here anymore. The store on Genesis has friendlier people, wonderful presentation and is cleaner.

They mess the order up everytime I go there. The last visit I order a hot fudge sundae with caramel and nuts she gives me two the first one a hot fudge sundae and the other one was a caramel sundae with nuts. She gives me two when I order one. Her excuse was she had been there sense 3 am. Theyre not open at 3am Noone is there at 3am. Even if she was it would just be a 8 hr shift a normal work day it was on a Saturday so who knows what she did Friday?

Typically, if you want something made of soft serve, then come on down. However, I just had one of the saddest hot dogs ever here. The skin was similar to a leftover party gallon and the inside just oozed grease from an off-color center. This must be the "Awesome Dog Factor" they are referring to on the container.

Horrible. The girl who took my order looked at me like I had two heads because she couldnt figure out what a dipped cone was. To top it off, she got the order wrong and then made no attempt to correct it. I am really glad I dont live close. I would never go back to that place. Extremely disappointed.

Its.. Well, its OK... Bugs flying around and the chairs are dirty. Only one high chair has safe straps. The big boss needs to come in and remind them what their jobs are. Theyre sweet and all but clean is also needed in these places.

Management is polite and professional, teen employees werent "snooty" but think the cashier is new and learning. Quite a few messed up orders, but again, think the cashier is new. Will pan out.

We went in just before dinner time. No one was there, EVERY table was dirty and no one came out to clean them. There was 3 people behind the counter. No restaurant should look like that.

I bought a blizzard, and there were bugs in it!!! And it was melted when I got it!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blizzards are so much better than Blasts. I miss the Hawaiian so bad. BRING IT BACK! 4/5 because the wait time can be awhile even in drive thru. Food is excellent.
