Abysmal. This was my first time going to see what all the hype was about their wings and I was so disappointed. They tasted fine, but nothing to write home about. The service was nothing short of terrible. Our server (Kyanna) brought our food one piece at a time instead of altogether, and that was the last we saw of her. She had time to flit about the restaurant on her phone, but never came by to verify our food was correct and see if we needed anything else. My friends "buffalo" chicken sandwich had ZERO sauce on it. We waited for her to come by...10 minutes...15...20....we finally flag down another server and ask her to send our server over. By this time the sandwich is cold. She comes over and hovers behind my seat and says "yes", not fully standing by our table to see her. When we point out the problem she stares at him blankly. Finally when we direct her towards making a new one she takes the cold sandwich. 12 minutes pass (she is nowhere to be seen during this period) and a new sandwich is delivered. While the sandwich wasnt dripping with sauce it was a massive improvement over the bland piece before. He requested extra sauce (WHICH THEY CHARGED US FOR) to put on it, and he ate his sandwich. They also keep the music so loud you cant have proper conversation. Completely unacceptable. Will not be returning. P.s. Please reconsider training your staff as to how they speak to customers. E.g. "Can I bring the check out?" ❌ "Are you ready for the check?" ✔

Awful service, great decor and food. The waitresses never come by to check, even after new people arrived at our table. You gotta flag down other servers or even a trainee ( who did very well) to get drinks or get an order put in. Once my tablemate ordered an order of half lemonpepper and half teriyaki wings. And got lemonpepper teriyaki wings. My coworkers are used to how the place works, but its not a normal good restaurant ( until you get your awesome food) This hooters is what made me realize that this IS the profession that we have as a society chosen to pay the least.

So a couple of my friends decide to stop in for a few cold ones after shooting at the Govenors Club. We arrived around 3:30. We have 2 beers and 2 shots in an hour and half (90 Minutes). Manager decides weve had too much and refuses to serve us anymore. I knew we were in trouble venturing into Paulding Co. much less deciding on a Hooters to have drinks. Yeah, no food as everything they serve pretty much sucks. Any rate we leave upon request and come back to Cobb Co. to continue.

Just stop by here with my lady to get a late snack. The inside was messy and cold the outside tables were messy as well. I asked the waitress to clean the table she never came back to do it... Its like she completely forgot... To top it off there was a customer that was very comfortable with staff comfortable enough to lift up his shirt and press his belly and man boobs against the glass.. The staff thought it was funny, I didnt because it was about ten feet away from me

The food is good and fresh. Our server was very patience and professional. The reason for 2 stars is the restaurant was filthy. The floors had not been scrubbed or well cleaned in a long time. I was with my 1 year old daughter and the child seats were very dirty and sticky. The bathroom sink had paper towels in the drain and the floors were disgusting. The restaurant needs to focus on the cleanliness which would greatly change the over customer experience.

the size of the wings are a JOKE, I also ordered the boneless wings which turned out to be nothing more than a BALL OF BREADING, cut to the size of KID SIZED BITES! The absolute most worthless meal EVER! When I asked the waitress "Are the wings always this small?" she replied, "Were in transition right now (whatever that means) but the next time you come theyll be bigger. HA, IF YOU THINK THAT ILL BE BACK............THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the waitress was great the food was great when it was right. The bathrooms were nasty especially when corporate are expected to visit , rule of thumb if the bathroom is nasty then the kitchen is probably worse. I figured out why the food orders were getting messed up, when kitchen staff return from break their eyes were glazed more than a krispy kreme doughnut. I see why they added the wall to block the kitchen operations.

went there mothers day. i brought my mom, for she has been wanting raw oysters. so the closest to oysters were hooters. my mother had a great time . now i know where mom and me will be going. there were other famlies. and a friendly atmosphere there. and all the little girls looked like barbie dolls they were so sweet to me and my mom. trhank you hooters of hiram. miss tommye and neva and ronnie, michael, alicia and hugh

Terrible place ! Amanda the worst server Ive ever encountered shes very nice but her attention span is that of a 2 year old... Order came out completely wrong and then she still tried to blame the cooks for her mistakes ... Buffalo wild wings less than a mile up the road has a better selection of draft beers and more attentive servers. Very disappointed.. anyone who gives this place a 5star review must be a local ..

Food was good and beer was tasty, but this is the second time weve come for lunch at about 11 and the waitress Casey both times got our orders and sit at the bar on her phone. No chatting or real interaction of any kind except every 10-15 checking to see if every was good as she blew by to go back to the bar. This time we were the only two in the place and were ignored.

The afternoon bartender was much more personable. The evening bartender Callie is rude and obnoxious and has zero personality. When you have someone who thinks theyre the best looking thing around, then you know something is wrong. Service was horrible but thank god for the wings and semi cold beer. Cause Monday night at this bar is awful. Go elsewhere.

WOW, just wow. This is the second time we have celebrated my dads birthday there. Last year on his 90th there were 52 people there. This year # 91 years old there were 33 people. Todd the manager and the entire staff was wonderful. All our orders were correct and yummy. I appreciate all they have done for us. It made my daddys day. Thanks

9 times out of 10 we have a good experience. Sometimes food take a long time, sometimes my wife isnt 100% satisfied with crab legs. All in all they are good though. The girls are a bit ditsy but this is the same at all locations.

I did not like anything about the place. Buffalo shrimp soggy and disgusting, french fries soggy, bacon on burger undercooked, wings undercooked. Service not that great. Sorry I took my cousin there for her birthday.

Horrible experience. Stale beer and food. Terrible customer service. Over priced bar food. Girls are... Well... Lets not go there. Id much rather buy a six-pack of beer and sit at McDonalds then go here.
