Normally, I love taco bell...but the last two times I have come to this location was a horrible experience. Last night I received my order, which when I opened up, it was soggy and old, the tacos fell apart, the food was poorly put together, and the overall quality suffered. Todays visit was not any better. I placed my order and waited for 22 minutes for my order. There wasnt a huge dinner rush or anything to justify the long wait. There was three cars in the drive through and one customer ahead of me. For a fast food place, the wait time should never exceed 10 minutes. I think up to 10 minutes is a fair and reasonable number to have to wait, but 22 minutes for a few burritos and 2 cheese roll ups is astonishing.

They completely turned a bad experience into a good one, I ordered my favorite as usual with no sour cream, I am highly allergic, and they put it on the burrito any way, after refunding, remaking and apologizing they did ok by me. My evening was questionable but I did not have to go to the emergency room, anyway later that week Taco Bell came back with the Chilli Cheese burrito my old and again new favorite!!! I am so thankful for this, PLEASE to the management NEVER take that burrito away.. I loved it will absolutely always come 3 days a week and get about 5 a time..Yum.

This is the most crappiest taco bell around. Anytime i had to go to this taco bell (only cause it was the closest at the time). Its sucked yall always mess up the order an its always a mess like you just threw it together. Yall never even put the stuff in the burrito or quesadilla its always just a tortilla shell. You never give me my sauce like I ask. Its really not hard but yall suck cant even do a simple task. Dont go to this taco bell.

Horrible service. Horrible food. I have never received such a skimpy taco before from Taco Bell. 6 car ahead of us in drive thru and it took over 30 minutes for the horrible skip thrown in the bag. Guess the 90 secon service time doesnt apply at this location. Ya think waiting this long the order might have actually been right. Only reason this location gets 1 star is because I cant give a 0 star or better yet negative stars.

I have been purchasing food at this location for a few months now. The food has been pretty good. My kids and I enjoy eating the food every now and again. Tonight however, our order was completely wrong. The food was ill prepared. It was not hot. On top of everything else hardly any meat on any of the burritos or tacos. Very dissatisfied. Im not sure what happened, but Im not spending another dime at this Taco Bell.

Weve been to this Taco Bell several times over the past year. Staff is always friendly, food comes fast and cooked properly. The place is always clean. Dont bring a large vehicle to the drive thru, it wont fit. Plenty of parking in the strip plaza parking lot. Prices are always cheap, Taco Bell is always a good place to get highly flavored food for a very economical price.

It is Taco Bell. The wait time today was over 20 minutes. They got my order wrong. Instead of staying another 20+ minutes to get it right, I decided to roll with what I had. Low end service, typically get your orders wrong, but if you have a pregnant wife that is craving Taco Bell...it is a Taco Bell.

Employees too busy hanging out with friends, drinking Starbucks, yelling across restaurant to each other to worry about food quality. Power Bowl would have need good if beans and rice werent hard and dried out. Chicken was dry. Looked like it was a week old. Wont be back to this location.

Service varies here. Sometimes its excellent. Im in and out and my food is hot and fresh and my order is right. Other times they are SUPER SLOW. Ive spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru before. They rarely mess up my order, but Ive gotten very stale potatoes several times.

I used to work out this way and ate here maybe once every week or two for lunch. They dont get it right 100% of the time, but its a fast food place.. It is what it is. The employees always treated me nicely, and were typically smiling. The lines moved at a decent pace.

Staff is always very friendly. One of the few fast food places that actually responds when you say, "Thank you!" at the drive-thru. Food is prepared fairly quickly, but not slopped together like some places. Interior of the store is clean, well-lit, and comfortable.

Kinda a weird drive thru line as it used to be a bank. Line seems to always take 10 minutes, but its mostly because people order $30 worth of food. Food is good, its just that the wait and the occasional forgotten item makes it not worth sometimes.

Waited in drive thru almost thirty minures for a 5 dollar box. Tried leaving this dump but there was no way out. Would not recommend to ANYBODY. drive the extra miles and find the next one down the road. Bad customer service period

Never had a bad experience. Only ever had one messed up order, and it was fixed on the spot and without complaint. Dont know what taco bell yall went to, but I think your either mistaken, or just plain spoiled past reason.

Freshly remodeled, skimpy so called "stuffed burrito" even though manager insisted it was made out of a large tortilla! Yes, it sure was large tortilla, and thats what I mostly tasted.
