Truly the worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. Was 20 minutes before we received our drinks(till then we literally had straws). 2 of them were wrong. 45 minutes before we placed our order, which btw he literally began to collect menus and walk away before taking my GFs order!) At one point someone asked for a cup of ice(because the sweet tea had melted all the ice in my friends cup) we literally asked for it 3 times and then he brought out another sweet tea, my friend said "she asked for a cup of ice..." he just pointed to the cup of sweet tea(again very little ice left in it) my friend responded "thats not a cup of ice..." We then did not see that waiter again, 20 minutes later a different waiter took over and she was much better at her job and infinity more polite. When the food came one customer didnt receive food(btw we received food at the 1 hr 15 minute mark) it was another 15 minutes before she got her food which apparently was not put in. When we asked the nice second server if the other server was new she said he had worked here awhile just had to many tables(how he hasnt been fired is beyond me). We got our cards back literally 2 hrs and 10 minutes after we walked in the door. Fortunately we enjoy each others company. To not have a manager come and apologize and or offer comps for our insane time spent there was ridiculous. btw only 3 out of the 7 were impressed at all by their food. Also worth noting its really expensive for mexican food, most entrees are 10+ with drinks costing 2, typically dinner specials that include chili reyeno, burrito and taco would be about 8 here its 11. Friend ordered a cheese dip which was pretty tiny and apparently cost $5. A total disaster, I am sure we will laugh about it later but I would never step foot in that place again. experience happened 4/13/14 7:00-9:00 on the patio.

We usuall go to the location on Dallas hwy...Never had a bad experience..However we moved into a neighborhood near by and gave this location more than one chance. This last visit was the worst. Waiter spoke so softly I couldnt hear her. She had no personality. Messed up the appetizer. Didnt fix it. Food made it to the table before our drinks!...which by the way were watered down by the time they made it to the table. While we were eating our food she asked for our "order" again?. Never asked how the food was never return to the table until she over heard us stop another waitress for more tortillas...she waited a few minutes and then asked us if there was anything else we needed. Finally got the tortillas after the fajitas were cold. Manager stood around acting(poorly acting) busy. He never checked with the tables to see how the visit was....he saw my distain look and avoided checking on us to see what the matter was. He waited until I had paid my bill and was leaving to make some half@$$÷! Attempt to find out the matter was as I am walking out the door...which by the way is a stupid move due to the fact that you now have an unhappy customer telling you about poor service infront of new customers walking in the door. The only reason i gave three stars was for the food and the guy who brought the food out(he needs to be a waiter!).

Apparently noise isnt a word that translates to Spanish. If you are hoping for a quiet dinner after work...forget it. Hard floors, walls and ceiling, not to mention piped in music over the top of everything else makes this place somewhere you cant go if you actually want to hear the people youre with. This place also seems to attract the yuppy redneck crowd from down the road a bit. They yell, have no idea of the concept of "inside voice" and generally make you just want to leave as soon as possible. The food is good but the ambiance here is just obnoxious. They have a SERIOUS lack of parking too.

Best of the best, I only have gotten SUPERIOR service at a mexican restaurant here. They aim to please and this in its self is impressive, the food is great, and if you do have any kind of problem the entire staff seems concerned enough to make sure they blow away every expectation you have and you forget completely about what your problem was. This restaurant just on sheer basics is better than some of the most highly endorsed restaurants in Upper scale Atlanta. The people who work here are really darn good at what they do.. Would recommend La Parilla to any one any time..

My debit card numbers and the CCV numbers from the back of the card were stolen from an employee of La Parrilla. Within hours my card had fraudulent charges against it. I strive to never let my card leave my site. However, there are times, particularly at restaurants, where the wait staff takes your card to swipe it. While what happened to me could have happened at any restaurant, I rate La Parrilla poorly because I dont want to patronize a business where they employee crooks. IF I decide to eat there again, which is unlikely, I will use cash.

LaParilla has long been a favorite of mine, not only because the food is fantastic and consistent. Not only because the wait staff are well trained, attentive and courteous, but because they are always trying to improve. They never rest, they always seem to try and find a better way to please the customer. Good Job.

Pretty good overall. Brisket burrito is very yummy. I wasnt a fan of the flavor of the grilled chicken on the nachos, but the ground beef was really good. My husband had the ground beef nachos and the meat was really good especially in comparison to many places where it is bland.

By far my favorite quick stop mexican joint in town! I could never suggest just one thing from the menu as I love everything! Staff is great, food is great, drinks are great! Only warning...is that I am not the only one who loves them, Friday and Saturdays are PACKED!

Weekday lunch with my parents, taco salad (grilled chicken) was big $9. Speedy Gonzales was on par $6.50, nice price. We will definitely be back. Was here only once before weekend evening, crowded and loud. Weekday lunch is more my speed *_*
