This location is deplorable, the lighting in the dining room is of tea light standard (majority do not work)as if customers should not see what they are eating and whats around them, the staff is grungy and unprofessional, their eating out in the open, the facility is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, a major part of the dining room has been turned into a storage are for misc items/boxes, the restaurant has not had walls washed in God knows long, wood has not been wiped down or washed with Murphys oil soap in the same amount of time, trash all over and the A.C. appears to be set in a high setting because it was very warm in the restaurant!! I hoping that I can convince the health department to make a complete surprise visit and maybe even get this owners location SHUT DOWN

This Pizza Hut is the only place my husband and I have ever refused to leave a tip. Not only is the service terrible in-house, but the delivery is even worse. The associates are rude on the phone, and once they failed to show up with our pizzas in the hour theyd predicted. When I called to ask about our order, they said "Oh, our delivery guy never showed up" yet apparently they were not going to call us an let us know. When the manager personally brought our order out, he said "Sorry, our employees dont like delivering out in Rineyville" (because the subdivisions are new and dont plug into GPS?). Unprofessional and frustrating overall. However, the food is very good. I suggest delivery because of the dirtiness of the restaurant.

Absolutely AWFUL service. Ordered delivery, an hour passed and no food. I called in, was put on hold for over 5 minutes while the staff giggled and conversated in the background. I hung up and called back only to be told my card was declined and they had failed to call me. I have a confirmation email saying my order had been placed and a text message from Chase bank saying my card had been charged. I will definitely be going in to talk to a manager and getting my money back. I am two days away from being 9 months pregnate.... Ive wanted hot wings all day. Thank you for ruining dinner for me and pissing me off royaly.

The dirtiest restaurant I have seen. The restrooms were dirty, no paper towels, or toilet paper, the whole restaurant smelled like a porter potty. Trash in the floor in the kitchen, employees walking by and didnt pick it up. The times for the buffet were ALL broken, green old greese on the buffet area, tables were sticky. We ordered carry out but then decided to get a refund. Ohh and they told us we couldnt get half of our wings one flavor and the other half of another. Never heard anything like that in my life. I hope the owner reads my complain and cleans that dump before I call the health inspector.

The worst pizza hut I have seen ever only because the staff and employee.We arrived at 8 p.m. and the closing time for dine in is 10 p.m. They literally made us wait for half n hour to just take an order and then at 8:30 p.m. one employee came to table and told us that its closed now and we cannot dine-in. When I asked for carryout , they said that the cook was not there so they cannot make anything at all.PIZZA HUT WITHOUT COOK!!!!???? In addition, The employee(One lady) was too rude to answer our question regarding closing time. I will never ever go there .

Have not been in a Pizza hut for probably 10 years. Now I remember why. Walked in, no one cared. Finally got someones attention (was not a busy day) asket them the process... she pointed to a table that I may have seen or not... went with the lunch time buffet, there were 4 pizzas on the stand, all dry, all approximately the same... was there over 30 minutes before i just had to go.... pizza was thick crusted with barely enough toppings to hide the crust with no sauce..... Now i know why it was poorly occupied during peak lunch time..... wont be back...

My wife and I ate there last winter and had a miserable experience. They refused to turn on the heat, even after we asked, so my wife and I were forced to huddle together for warmth while we waited for our food (which took a long time). The only time the waitress paid any attention to us was when she brought our check and made chit chat only while I was filling out the tip. My wife and I always joke whenever we have a bad dining experience that "at least its not as bad as E-towns Pizza Hut!"

This place never answers the phones unless the delivery drivers are there. I normally do not complain but it doesnt matter what day of the week you try to order from them. I have called during the week and the phone just rings and rings. I have called on the weekend and the same thing. If it wasnt for online ordering, they would go out of business. I HOPE THAT THE MANAGERS FOR THIS PLACE WILL WAKE UP AND HIRE SOMEONE NEW!!! SORRY THIS REVIEW WAS FOR THE ONE ON NORTH MULBERRY.

I usually have good service and the pizza is really good, one of my favorite place to eat. However, the last two times Ive ordered pizza from Pizza Hut at this exact location, they have messed it up. Last time, my pizza didnt even have cheese on it, if it did you couldnt even see it, it was all sauce. I ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight and not once did I mention anything about mushrooms at all, but both my pizza was covered in mushrooms and Im allergic to mushrooms

Inside is a little rundown. Waitresses are terrible...I mean absolutely terrible. Weve gone here about 4 times and each waitress/waiter gave us incorrect pricing info, was slow, or left drinks empty. Used to enjoy pizza hut stuffed crust...now a lot of the toppings just roll off the soggy crust when you pick up the slice. Everything has gone down hill here.

I went there today and they only had one server and he name is linda. she is slow and she only serve people that she kno that will give her a nice tip. I feel like if u serve mr right I would of gave her a ten $ tip. and because she was doing it by herself. we left service is very bad I hate that place. telly was the best gm who agree with that

A shame. Their pizza can be really amazing and their service can too. But lately it has done little more than go downhill. Waited half an hour to have our order taken after being told that "someone will be right out". We left and they lost the sale. I really hope the owners improve these issues soon before the place ends up shutting down.

store cant keep true to the companys estimated delivery times. company states delivery time of 45 minutes (online), have never received an less than 1hr 20min after placing an order. Theyre prices are higher than other pizza delivery places in the area and their service takes at least twice as long. Not worth the cost or the wait.

Lady manager was rude and just would not be quiet when I spoke with her. Male manage listened to me but did not follow through with what he promised. So I wont be going back anymore. Not the first time we have had problem with them. Papa Johns is more reasonable and you dont get talked to like a dog or lied too.
