By far the worst Pizza hut I have ever dealt with. I ordered online tonight and received the normal email that stated the order was received and I checked the bank account and confirmed as well. After a little over an hour I called to check on the pizza. After 4 attempts and no answer I called a different number and got a call center. No help there. I call the store back again and finally got someone on the line. I find out that they were having computer issues and was not able to deliver. The worker said I thought someone called you to tell you. So, almost two hours later I find out I dont have any pizza and they still charged my account. I would look else where. I always give places a chance but this was three strikes in a row. Your out, Pizza hut.

Believe the bad reviews! Went in there around 3:45 and for some reason the eating area doesnt open until 4:30. Went somewhere else. Came back around 9:45 that night and you guessed it, eating inside closes up at 10:30. Plus they were already sweeping/ mopping the eating area closing it up. We got the hint. We counted at least 8 people there sweeping,mopping,closing up with no customers but us and it still took them 10 minutes to take our order nonetheless. Kept an eye on our pizza since a guy was handling someone elses pizza in between mopping sprees without washing his hands. Pizza was good and prompt after we were helped so thats an extra star. Would never return.

I called and was put on hold and forgotten. I drove from Fort Knox and when I pulled up to the parking lot is when Melissa the manager started taking my order. I finished placing my oder because thats what my girls wanted. When I mentioned that I was in the restaurant and would like to finish placing my order, I asked as to where the person taking my order was she mentioned with a very sarcastic tone, "in Texas." No apology just more attitude from the person that is suppose to be in charge, Melissa the manager.

Military discount on tuesday only. Avg pizza hut store. Clean floor/lobby. Do not get thin pizza. Mens restroom needs updating. The toilet is a little higher than normal. The bottom of the urinal is nasty. It looks like a corporation actually makes a signed poster in English and Spanish for washing hands properly step by step. I guess they had some problems and issues

I agree with everyone else I personally have waited 2 hours for delivery more than once and seriously they forgot my pizza and only brought the drinks and bread dinning in is no better iv waited far to long before. I even got my drink they always close 1 hour earlier or at least try to iv banned this restaurant from my list of places to go

This has to be the most filthy Pizza Hut on the planet. I will never eat there again, this is not the first time I have eaten there and now I know its normal state is just disgusting. I would be ashamed if this were my restaurant. I really cant believe it passes health inspections.

Well we walked in and this place is never busy and it says please wait to be seated, so we wait about a min if that for the waitress to say go head and sit wherever, she goes on to say "i will be with you eventually". There was 3 tables with people that is it.

My sister had me order dinner online for my family on her, but when I tried to pay with her information they wouldnt let me. They wouldnt even let her call in. Then they acted put out that I canceled the order. No worries, Dominoes took care of us!

It was a pretty good experience the pizza was good I got it pretty quick the only thing I have a problem with is I felt like I was rushed when it comes time to order the woman seemed impatient but all in all I would give it a 8 and I will be back

I ordered at 6:01, it said it would be here at 7:01. But it didnt get here til around 7:15, I already have to wait an hour, this is ridiculous. On top of that, the pizza was not at all hot, like its been sitting for 30 minutes.

Ate lunch at the buffet. Food was good, but the waitress was extremely rude. Still left her a 20% tip. Complained to the person at the cash register. Got a call from a male employee saying I was the rude one!

They messed a simple one topping pizza 3 times. Large pepperoni pizza & Coke. Each pizza had No Sauce .... " where they do that at" really! Then they didnt want to refund my Money!
