I ordered food at 10ish and was sent a delivery number amd told it would be delivered. Paid with card. I have been waiting for delivery for an hour and a half and looking at the pizza tracker link I was given, the food is STILL being made well after they have closed. I checked my bank account and the money had been credited back. Without any notifaction to me that my food was not being made or deliveried. Secind bad experience with this location. Will not be returning.

This location is terrible. I ordered a pizza at 7 oclock. They told me itd be delivered at 7:30. I called at 8 oclock to learn that they hadnt even started my order yet because they "got a bit behind". Maybe if they wouldve taken that into account when Id made the order? I canceled my order and will never be ordering from this location again. Broadway location all the way.

You would get a zero star rating, we have gotten the wrong order numerous times, employees are "unintelligent"and unaware of the menu items. We have been lied to about prices and promotions, discriminatory delivery, basic laziness, refusing to take non cash orders. the store is filthy. Corporate should pay attention or watch another store go bankrupt.

I asked the manager at the Nichol street address in Anderson Indiana if I could have a crustless pizza, which all that was is pizza toppings in a tin foil container. I had gotten this at another Pizza Hut in Bluffton, Indiana and it was wonderful. It doesnt involve making anything "special". I was told a flat "no". Thanks for trying.

Poor excuse for a food place. Horrible attitudes and the manager TRISHIKA has the worst attitude of anyone and Is very very unprofessional. She needs to fired immediately. Dont waste your time here go to pizza king and guarantee you wont have a problem with a bad pizza or bad customer service. FIRE TRISHIKA IMMEDIATELY

The place is always very near and clean I luv the dining experience the waitress named Amanda is freaking awesome she fixed me a vegetarian pizza that was out of this world. Amanda is a great waitress give that girl a raise at my request. Ur the pizza hut queen girl. Thanks for the wonderful experience.:-)

Terrible customer service! One week, my pizza will be good, the next two times it will be terrible, then another time it will be just OK. Bad, ignorant attitudes. Very unprofessional. Ive been going to the Nichol Avenue location since they built it! There is no excuse for this!

This location is frequently understaffed, and the employees take their time. Ive had delivery orders arrive over two hours late with missing items, requiring multiple calls back to the restaurant to get them to send out what they forgot.

Generally prompt service. Food quality, value and taste are consistent. Salad bar is average. They offer a buffet at certain times throughout the week with pizza, pasta and bread sticks.
