This grill is wonderful. I have been there twice so far (today, most recently), and each time the staff go above and beyond. My fiance (who wasnt sure about rice) even got some helpful information about the brown vs. white from a staff member before I could even say anything! Food has been fresh, and portions more than fair every time I have gone there. Could not recommend it enough.

Staff at this location sucks! I dont know how else to describe it. While I am big fan of chipotle food, this location does everything to make it as worse as it can be, once they serve undercooked rice; they dont even know full recipe and ingredients; we even had tell them multiple times to give proper serving size of beans, fajitas, salsa...

Had to repeat my order like 3 times. They made my tacos without asking me what I wanted on them and the black beans had no flavor whatsoever. It was like the staff was high and ready to go home. It will be a while before I return to a chipoltle. Sorry for the review, service and food was not good.

My favorite fast food restaurant! Its best to avoid during Cummins, Columbus East, and Columbus North lunch times(roughly 12 to 1:30pm) because its packed with kids and engineers and the lines can be long. However, the young staff are friendly and can roll a pretty decent burrito.

This is one of my favorite one from the chain, the staff is very well oriented and very nice, polite and always willing to help. They also are great busting the line, sometimes through the day might get very busy but still rocking it with each and every customer.
