Ordered for delivery called back literally one minute later (no joke) and asked to remove one topping on the pizza and the manager told me that the pizza was already made and in the oven and about to come out... Now being a general manager at another pizza place i know for a fact they didnt have the pizza made and loaded into the oven and about to come out. Called back again (after being hung up on by a manager) to cancel my order and the manager once again told me that i can not cancel my order and was rude and hung up yet again. Tired of this place have contacted corporate and will do until this horrible management gets taken care of. Been a loyal customer for over a year now and i have to say ive never once had a good experience from them. I would never treat my customers the way i have been treated today. P.S they also need to be re-trained on how to make a pizza.

There food is very expensive and believe it or not they dont even have a salad bar anymore. the salad for a meal is $3. No bar or unlimited salad. Even worse Pzones are about to be out of date. No more making them.

Walked in to The Y Store blaring in the kitchen. Stood and waited To be seated for 5.minutes. Yelled hello 3 times. Door beeps when you walk in too. No on responded. Left and took my money elsewhere.

Only 4 miles to the I70 eastbound rest area. Refused delivery with added incentive of larger tip. Rude, especially for a tired hungry truck driver to be refused a meal.

My daughter and I went in to dine and the place was FILTHY. Appears to not have changed or been cleaned since I was a kid 20 years ago. I can say the service was good.
