Highly dissatisfied, I called around 10:30PM asking to see if it was okay I made a medium sized order at that given time and what the specials were. The first time I called, there were three rings and then the phone was answered and they immediately hung up on me. This irritated me to a degree but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call them again. The phone rang for SEVEN minutes before I hung up and decided to drive over. When I arrived, another customer had experienced the same problem like me and came in at the same time as well. After waiting around thirty-five minutes, I received my food and took it home. I woke up at 4AM to grueling stomach pains that were similar to being stabbed, I was throwing up and experiencing bowel issues. Not even an hour later, my fiancé woke up and had food poisoning just like me. Its very clear that this Pizza Hut does not care for their customers when it comes to hygiene and service.

We have given this Pizza Hut multiple chances and this was the last one. Our first experience with them dine in was on a Friday night, ordered a beer and no one over 21 to serve it. Next experience we placed an order at 5:30. A storm popped up, tried to call several times with a busy signal. Thought maybe the power went out and the closed, they delivered our pizza at 11:30 at night with no lights on at the house. There was no apologies and the driver was mad when I asked for a refund. The last two times it has taken them over an hour and half to deliver our pizza and we had to heat it in the microwave. Tonight I tried to call down there to speak with a manager 6 times with no answer at all. We will he taking our business else where.

I thought that after waiting two years (after having a few bad dining experiences here) it would be better. Well, its not. I am a very patient person but not when waiting almost an hour for food because they lost the pizza, having to ask for plates after eating breadsticks without any plates, and having to go up to the front to get our bill because nobody came to give it to us after a considerable amount of time. A discount was offered but the waiter was not professional at all. The dining room was not crowded and other guests were waiting as well. Maybe they are understaffed but at least have a professional attitude and give customers respect. I dont recommend dining here.

I tried this pizza hut twice, and it was no good. They seemed too busy to help me, and were yelling and shouting at each other. I heard people shouting obscenities from the back. There were kids in there! I heard the employees berating other customers. Thats pretty unprofessional. My pizza was fine, but it took almost a half an hour to make my carry out when i was quoted 15 or 20 minutes. It was a disappointing experience, but nothing that cant be fixed.

nothing!! Pizza hut sucks! Place online offer around noon to be delivered at 5:15. Not so much. Driver just got here...6:15. We tried to call to see what the status was, for hung up on. Called back...No answer. Repeat like 4 times,I told them to keep the pizza when I FINALLY got ahold of someone 20 MINUTES LATER!!!! :-(:-( Worst service from this store....EVER. wont be back for a LOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG time, if ever.

Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been to. Took over 5 minutes to just get anyones attention to get croutons and ranch for the salad bar, bathrooms were dirty and not stocked, and when we walked out (didnt stay to eat) we found our server outside smoking. This all happened at 5:30pm on a Friday....AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE!!

I dont know why I even bother with this place, they totally stink and have ZERO customer service!!!!! They get orders wrong and are WAY over priced. $20 for 1 pizza and chocolate sticks. WHAT!! Tried again but they dont answer their own line, someone somewhere else does and says we arent in a delivery area....wtf!

I ordered my food on a Monday night and it took over an hour to get to me. I only had one pizza. I called the store and talked to a manager about the situation and they were very rude and didnt offer any reimbursement, or apology. I will never use this place again and will recommend to all you go elsewhere.

Watched 3 employees talk to each other while the 4th texted all while I needed a refill. The pizza was not very good. I had already sworn off this pizza Hut but they did some work on the place but no improvement other than cosmetic. It is quicker to drive to the Anderson store. Will not return

Went for the lunch buffet... it was 11:20am and the twenty minutes we were there they never brought out any breadsticks or pasta... they did not have any utensils in the salad bar area. So $6+ for a pizza buffet???? WASTE of time. Slow service. Half of a buffet.

Pizza is usually ok, but the times for carry out are always wrong. Estimated 20 minutes?......more like 45 to an hour. Their manager threw in a free 2 liter for the wait, so no worries there. Speed up the service on carry out and it would be good.

Never order delivery from here! We gave them 5 chances. Orders were always late, usually cold, mostly wrong. When complaining to management you have to go through a call center and cannot get a hold of the local store. We will never go back.

New oven has the food looking great, and much faster times on carryout and delivery. Buffet every morning but saturday + wensday evening and some new staff have this pizza hut where it needs to be.

Nice place. Food wasnt as slow or as bad as other reviews. It is a Pizza Hut after all. Service was a little slow but they also had only a few people working and doing multiple things.
