Came in and waited to be seated. Our waitress took our drink order, and she brought most of them out but forgot waters. Then she came out for our food order and a half-hour after ordering she came out to tell us that the system chrashed as she put in our order (still wondering what took so long to even put it in the computer). A half hour later, one of our two pizzas came out. However, it wasnt actually our pizza because the order was wrong, but we couldnt tell our waitress that because she went to get plates for 15 minutes. After we went up and told the kitchen about it, they brought out our other food. The second pizza was cold and the pasta was reheated, and not thoroughly. All of this might be slightly more understandable if we werent the only people in the store. Many people walked and out because they were never even helped. They tried to compensate us with free made pizzas, but they werent even good pizza. No urgency about anything and customer service skills should be worked on, because even after apologizing to us they said, "At least werent here yesterday, it was worse!" So, if you want to enjoy Pizza Hut, drive to Marion!

Ive never had any real problems with this pizza hut location, and my family orders pizza on a pretty regular basis from them, usually doing so online. The restaurant and the grounds around it are always very clean, the staff seems to hate their jobs but get them done well anyway, and the pizzas have unfailingly been perfectly cooked and delicious. However, occasionally in the past I have gotten pizza with missing toppings, or toppings I didnt order, particularly if its a very large order. Usually only one or two toppings are incorrect, and while it doesnt detract too much from the taste or anything, it is mildly annoying. Lately this problem seems to have been remedied, however, as in the past few months I havent experienced it. Overall, if youre in the area, its basically your only choice for pizza, and its not a bad one all things considered.

I have ordered a few times and it never gets to us in less than an hour. Ordered today, waited an hour and a half still no pizza, called and got an attitude from the lady about how "it should be there any minute random not from this store so well remake your order and send it." Fine, so a few minutes later the delivery guy finally brings the first pies (an hour and 45 min after the original order). He gives us an attitude somehow saying its our fault that the couldnt find our place (not had a problem with this before). 50 minutes after we called and were told they were sending new pizzas we call again because we still didnt have them and they said they were JUST NOW leaving the store. Told them to cancel the order we were getting DiGiorno since its more reliable. Not dealing with them again.

Online ordering stinks I ordered a cheese knot pizza with pepperoni mushroom and xtra cheese plus some pasta brd sticks and a 2-liter of Pepsi Well some how they got it as a mushroom xtra mushroom n xtra cheese not too many people order pizzas without pepperoni unless its just cheese or veggie pizza but if they look back at our orders 99 percent of them have pepperoni then they forgot to bring the Pepsi pizza without soda isnt very good they did come back and deliver the soda but by then we had already ate also for us to eat as soon as it got here the pizza was a little warm but pasta was pretty cold for 45.00$. We could have had steaks wont make that mistake again of using online ordering not clear enough and I dindnt save the order so I could show them

In the past two months I have ordered delivery three times and have consistently received terrible service. The first two times the pizza arrived at least half an hour late from the estimated time. The first time the pizza was cold and the bottom layer of crust was gone. The third time, they waited until the pizza was made to call and tell me they would not deliver due to poor road conditions. Awful service. I expect better.

We walk in and the lady immediately stops us and says we have an hour and half wait. The lobby was 1/3 full - she said they couldnt keep up with all the orders coming in. Delivery and carrying is priority first. This is terrible customer service for a Friday night
