To start off I usually have a wonderful meal and great service at this Chick-Fil-A. However, today has marked a change in my life and my eating habits. You would think one occasion wouldnt change someones opinion so easily, but let me just fill you in on this experience. It all started as I was greeted by a very sweet girl and asked for my order. She was patient, kind and smiled the entire time; I appreciate her demeanor. I then rolled up to the window and received my order. Now, most people who have had their order messed up at other restaurants would have pulled over and checked their bag to assure themselves that they received everything they paid for; truthfully I should have, but hindsight is 20/20. I trusted these employees, and why wouldnt I? They have gotten my orders right 100% of the time in the past. I proceeded to drive to my destination and release my delicious chicken meal from its baggy prison. Upon inspecting the now empty bag and my receipt I realized they had forgotten to place an item I had ordered: a 6 piece chicken nugget. I then proceeded to bag up the items they had supplied and drive ALL the way back to the Chick-Fil-A. Once I arrived I stood in line for ~3 minutes and then stated my issue to the clerk at the register. She turns to her manager and relays what I had just told her. Her manager LOOKS ME IN THE EYES and says, "Did you check under your sandwich?" ... ... ... OF COURSE I CHECKED UNDER MY SANDWICH! There isnt some secret trap door at the bottom of my bag! I didnt just fail to sift through my bag and overlook a box containing chicken nuggets. As if I had just glanced into my bag and said, "I cant see these nuggets at the top of my bag so they mustnt be in there." I drove all the way back there with a cold Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Colby Jack Cheese added and a cold Medium Waffle Fry and they suspect I just overlooked those nuggets! OVERLOOKED THE NUGGETS! So instead of (in my opinion) replacing my cold meal with a new FIXED order they proceeded to just hand me a box of nuggets and apologized for forgetting an entire chapter of my order. Now here I sit eating a cold soggy sandwich and a cold order of waffle fries typing a completely uncalled for review for some nowhere off the map Chick-Fil-A that I paid to give me a cold sandwich and fries. God Bless America, am I right? They should promote that drive-thru clerk to manager and send that manager outside to take orders.

Visited here almost 3 months ago, but I wont soon forget this awful experience. We got seated after ordering like at any Chick-fil-A...food is typical... not bad at all. HOWEVER after we started eating a pregnant woman sitting behind us had a young child that threw up. She immediately just got up and took him to the bathroom. Directly behind her was an employee on his lunch break that didnt seem to mind that this kid just lost his lunch all over the place. No one said or did anything, so I took initiative to let a lady behind the counter know what happened. She was nothing but rude, raised her brow at me and said "ok........". I was floored. So, 15 minutes later the mom comes back to the table. Puke still all over her chair. Cleans it up herself. Then FINALLY someone goes over with a mop to offer to help. A MOP?! FOR A TABLE MESS??? Im a mother of 3, I cant imagine what this poor lady felt like. Ill never be back. Such awful customer service.

My sandwich had nothing but a chicken patty on it. The fries were soggy. The shake was banging though. I felt put off that the drive thru worker found it a pleasure to serve me. Theres no way that isnt a required phrase from the corporation. Unless the kid was a real weirdo I doubt he gets pleasure from serving mediocre fast food to ungrateful people like me all day. I hope in the future they let the workers freestyle their greetings, if rather hear what they say instead of what theyre forced to say by their "tolerant" Christian corporation. Also people need to eat on sundays.

I love their milkshakes, soups, salads, and parfaits. I usually love their grilled chicken but, tonight it was extremely salty. I could not even eat my sandwich. Last week the mobile app wouldnt work and, a manager informed me they had been having issues with it all night. The cashier told me if I left, I could access the app and just place a mobile order. So, I guess it was a problem at that restaurant. For these 2 reasons, I give them 3

This place is a perfect 10. Food is way better than McDonalds even better than Wendys! The restraint is always clean! Customer Service is amazing. If your looking for a quick bite to eat, a place with a playground, good prices, and good food its gonna be right here! And also download their app if you order enough times you get a free medium fries!

Best chicken nuggets you can find. Healthy, flavorful choices on the menu. Very clean. Quality is number one at ChikFil A. Way better than any other fast food for their chicken items. Also respect that owners/ founders have stood up for their values and close on Sundays so their employees can be with their families& or attend church and rest !

This location is extremely busy at lunchtime- however they are probably the most efficient of all quickserve restaurants in the area. Great food, great customer service is the standard. Dont be turned off by a long drive through line or a long line at the counter, they move it quick and serve the food even quicker! Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken club and received a sandwich with no cheese, bacon, or tomato, so essentially a regular chicken sandwich. Didnt check my order before leaving and if I had gone back to get it changed after getting home, they would have been closed. Used my own home grown tomatoes for the night. Have never had an issue before tonight.

Best Chicken sandwich in town and its fresh. They have a dipping sauce for the chicken strips and nuggets that is out of this world. Its a little more expensive than other fast food chains but theyre food is fresher and taste better so I dont mind paying more when Im in the mood for chicken.

1st time to chic fillet ...was a great experience great service .. and employees,actually yes,yes sir and was most gracious..... a real suprise at a restaurant in this day and time .... more restaurants could use this example ... will definitely be back !!!!

This is the cleanest, most well-run restaurant in Etown! My food always comes out quickly, and its always fresh and hot. The dining area is spotless as are the bathrooms. Every employee provides exemplary customer service and makes each guest feel welcome.

Best fast food in town of 20,000 people. These are the most courteous group of people in town.. I have not had any that are standing with a nose ring or tongue stud that you can not understand taking my order.. Always a very pleasant experience..

Very good food! The only problem is that drive thru traffic gets so backed up that it flows outside of the parking lot. Easier to go inside as long as there is adequate parking that isnt blocked by drive thru traffic!
