this was my first and last time here. service was slow and unfriendly. after waiting 20 minutes to recieve our food as we began to eat i noticed three crickets crawling through the kitchen floor. while waiting on the waitress to come over to our table so as not ti make a scene i noticed 2 more on the table behind us. when i asked for a manager i was told" we have the cook and hes sort of like a manager do you wanna talk to him" she then came back to inform me theres a manager there from 6am to 4 or 5 pm thursday. i told her i wasnt paying and to get me someone to talk to . after waiting for 20 mins more she walks by and says my bill was covered while seeving food to the table with bugs on it.

Dont know their name, but theres one of the cooks that is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Hes not very tall, has dark hair, and sometimes a short beard. I Refuse to eat there if hes cooking! One night I watched him mess up 5 orders IN A ROW! The owner really, really needs to get rid of him! Hes costing them a lot of money. Other than him, everything else is fine. The servers have always been nice, and when done correctly, the food is pretty good.

Our waiter was horrible. She was rude and you could tell she just didnt want to be there. She didnt give us straws and pretty much made us set our own table. She kept forgetting things and then got an attuide when we asked why she was treating us so bad. This is my 3rd time with bad experiences here. For now on its waffle house I shall go.

The waiter was so slow and unfriendly! Please do not eat here or give them business they will make u wait all night for refills and the waiter even walked by our table 6 times and when i confronted her at check out she was like i didnt see u... But she was worried about playing around with other employees and telling them to shut up

Food is usually good but 9 times out of 10 they DO NOT answer their phone or it takes five minutes to get an answer. Sometimes they will also keep you on the phone over five minutes after taking forever to answer the phone and you still do not get to place your order.

As a former employee I wont say anything egregious against the place. However the last 3 times Ive went in my food was not right. We did get good service. The food was burnt twice and not fully cooked the 3rd time. Also it wasnt even what we ordered.
