Nestled between Tanners Original Rotisserie Grill and Brusters Real Ice Cream is Suwannees pre eminent Waffle House. Just off the water after a dandy morning of stripper fishing? Craving a delicious breakfast feast? Are there Raisins in Your Toast? Then this is the place for you. I only gave it four stars because the fifth is tattooed on the cooks neck. Thats all you need to know about this quality eatery. Place your order, watch the expert staff delicately prepare your meal over the din of the prepmeisters directives, and finish off your experience with a wintergreen bandit. Drive home satisfied to the gentle bass line from Black Sailss cover of Chocolate River.

Walked in, sat at counter and was ignored. Waitress too busy wiping counter and talking to wait on us. 2 booths opened up so we moved to a booth. Say thetr and watched 3 waitresses talk behind the counter and another appeared to be cleaning out a mayo container. Ignorrd again. They were not busy. Sevetal more tables were open so we got up a d walked out. Ignored then too. Drove 3 miles to the one on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. and got welcomed, waited on and had our breakfast in less time than ee wetr ignored. Never go nack to P.T.I location again.....

My family and i came to eat at this place on a tuesday night at 10:30 and the service was not only slow, but the waitress, Brii, was very rude since we asked her for silverware and she just threw two forks at the table, and when we would ask for anything she would react with a negative attitude. Worst of all, there was a dish that was never delivered to us.

Food is very good but the people working there need more help people kept coming in tonight for dinner and they only had one lady waiting on tables. She was doing the best she could but to many to serve by herself. I watched one guy leave after he waited to be waited on for about 10 or 15 minutes. Other than that the food is great.

Heavy black girl Kristin is lazy and way slow. Black girl with red hair cook is excellent. Skinny white young dude with glasses is lazy too. All 8 tables empty are dirty, whole bar top dirty. Im a regular too. 3 groups came in and walked out. They arent even that busy. Rediculous. Its 630pm, should be prepared. ...

Great friendly service with a smile!@ Even constant traffic and still remained courteous to all patrons. My waitress was Rosa. I was having one horrific morning but this ladies smile and energy made me think of happiness and nog dwell on my current situation. Thank you Rosa, for making my day a little brighter!!

The food is exactly what you would expect from a Waffle House. Its good, hot and fast. My waitress in particular was far more concerned with what other people were doing with their job and not so concerned with her own job which left me unattended and with an empty drink frequently. Bad service gets a bad tip.

The worst waffle house Ive ever been to. There was old food stuck to the inside of my tea glass. My friends gravy was cold. We found a 2 inch hair on one of our plates and a smaller one on another. I refused to pay and walked out. Disgusting.

Restaurant had several dirty tables that were not cleaned the entire time I was there. I sat at my table approximately 27 minutes... order had not been taken and had absolutely nothing to drink. I simply decided to leave.
