My family and I came here after my uncles body building show. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived, so we figured service would be really quick. Our waitress, Ashley, was awesome! Very sweet and happy girl! After waiting for about 15/20 minutes, we were told that they were out of beef for the burgers that the body builders ordered. 20 minutes! Ashley apologized to us, and she went to get her manager to offer us a discount or alternative. The manager (who didnt introduce herself) was way too casual and rude. She said, "Im told Im needed over here. Whats up?" We explained to her what happened, and she offered us an alternative for the same price that a burger wouldve been. We asked her if there was any way we could get a free or discounted alternative since our original choice wasnt available. The manager caught an attitude and said, "I never said you didnt get a discount. I was gonna offer that at the end." We pointed out to her that she did say that wed get something for the exact same price, and she apologized and got our food out. My omelet had wayyyy too much egg compared to the mushroom and spinach in it, which was inedible. I dont live in this area, but if I did, I wouldnt return. If you do happen to go, tip Ashley nicely! She deserves it!

This is now the third visit to this location. In my travels I have come to enjoy the Tuscan Scramble for breakfast. On two previous visits I ordered the Tuscan scramble without making any inquiries as to the availability of the ingredients. The results on those occasions were no basil. This time I took it upon myself to ask the waitress to ask the kitchen if they had all the ingredients for this dish. I specifically asked if they had the basil for the dish. While her English seemed to be a little challenged she came back and affirmed that everything in the dish was available. When she showed up with the dish it clearly was with out again. I asked to speak to the manager the manager came to the table I explained as Im doing here and she said she would make it over with all the ingredients. When the dish arrived it did not have any basil in it. Basil has a distinct flavor and even with a little you can always tell its there. She claimed to have put it in her self. This was unequivocally false. She offered to comp the meal I asked her not to but she did anyway.

Decided to come here Christmas day for a late lunch with my parents and brother about 30 minutes before the restaurant closed. After being seated promptly by the host staff, we began to wait. Twenty minutes later, our menus were still on the table, no drinks were ordered and two servers working the area walked by us without a single acknowledgement. Management was also releasing servers as much as ten minutes early for the day when customers were still left unattended to. In addition, given the time frame I cant help but wonder if we were being ignored by our server so they can get out on time and not be at work after closing time. Whether things were going on in the kitchen and other places is uncertain, but theres still little excuse for the service we received today. Because of this, it is highly improbable we will be returning to this particular IHOP. The service received is absolutely unacceptable on any given day and adjustments need to be made.

Stopped in for breakfast and the tables were sticky beyond sticky. I mean its IHOP you expect the tables to be a little sticky in place like that but wow and then some, WOW!! The booth was so messed up, warn out that we could not sit without proping our selves. We left to find a better place to eat but had to stop and wash our arms and put tissue on the centerconsole of the car so that all of the syrup that came of my arm and got on the cansole but the tissue will not all come off. Tissue is glued to my car untill I get home and fix it. And yes, they did wipe the table before we got this overly extreme maple coating on us and the car interior. Are any of you people reading this health inspectors in this area? Of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Georgia

I visited this location on a mothers day Sunday. It was extremely busy as you can see a wait at the lobby. But the experience we had was honestly outstanding, We were a family of four and it took literally 10 minutes for our food to come out. I had these new wheat blueberry crepes that my server recommended and they were yummy!! she even suggested an egg white omelet to my husband as he was watching his calories. This is the cleanest IHOP I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful. I will definitely return.

First of the waiter was not good, you could not even hear him, he touched my niece with no permission. He wasnt even severing us he just walked by and smiled. There ghetto they kept screaming each other names out and dont respond . I saw a fly in the window flying and the other one was died. I was waiting on my hot syrup so long i had to ask can the warm my food up & the hot syrup because they were both cold. Then the lady screams back in the kitchen can you warm this up. Sorry but yall need TO DO BETTER!!

I rated this 3.5/5 even though I had to rate it 4 cuz last week was 58 cent pancake day. My mom didnt have to pay much and we enjoyed our pancakes and we liked tasting the different syrups while we waited ;D. The food was ok and our server (Jessica) was friendly but the music was probably not the best choice for me cuz they played Justin Biebers "Sorry" which is one of my all time least favorite songs, but my dining experience was enjoyable other than that. Overall: C+ or B-

Service was not awful however the food was pretty bad. The garden omelet was dry eggs and there was no vegetables to be seen. A vegetarian friend after specifically requesting no meat had bacon and sausage show up on her plate. We also had an order of hash browns show up with a hair in it. They did comp a few items on our meal but I will never return to this IHOP. They were also rude when we told them about the inedible food. They have lost 5 customers for life.

I love this ihop its very clean and its never super busy though there is usually a wait on the weekend. Last time I was there Briana was my waitress and she was very sweet to me and my family. They took stuffed French toast off the menu but she recommended the blackberry cheese cake pancakes and they were phenomenal!!! My kids love the funny face pancake. Good place to grab Sunday morning brunch and decent prices. My favorite IHOP

It was ok. Our waitress never checked back on us after we ordered. My husband ordered eggs fried over hard and they came out very runny. Of course we couldnt tell our waitress because she did not check on us. When we finally told her all she said was well at least the kids meals are free. No offer of apology or anything else. Very dissappointed.
