We went there on Saturday evening, there was hardly no one in there probably around 8:30 pm, we waited forever for someone to even acknowledge us, so then I think the manager finally seated us, then I had to get a waiter for something to drink, the server Austin was the only good thing that place has going for it, I order meatloaf and mash pataoes with a side of steamed broccoli, the broccoli actually had black spots all over it, and was slimy and smelled bad, the meatloaf was nasty, Austin apologized and took it back to kitchen, and that was the end of it, nothing else was said or done, terrible terrible, glad we was just passing thru, I feel sorry for the rest of the people that eats there, wow talk about giving cracker barrel a bad name, it will take a long time before I could stomach that restrount again, my nephew got some nice microwaved ribs, my wife got chicken witch she enjoyed, we picked from her plate. Austin you did a great job. I would find somewhere else to work, because people see you feeding them that, it makes youlook bad

Went last night around 10pm waited 30 minutes to be told they had no biscuits, so at that point we were starving so I ordered the same as my guy the beans and cornbread, 15 mins later they brought the food the beans were cold and no cornbread, apparently he failed to let us know there was no cornbread too, at that point we were so hungry we just left, the only plus is that we weren't charged for the food we didn't eat (which was cold beans), we then went to the store cause I promised my daughter on the way in she could get something before we left, the young girl at the register in the store was very rude when we asked about the special the sign said about candles, I hate to complain about bad service but, this place was the worst I have ever seen, apparently they need a new crew that understands "Customer Service is the main priority of their job"............

Worst service I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The Manager tried his best; he was the only one that came to the table to see if we needed anything after sitting there long enough for a table that was seated after us to receive food and we still had no one ask us what we wanted to drink. So we then received drinks and ordered food at same time. Another person brought food out and another person dropped the check off. To this day I still dont know who our waiter/waitress is. I would like to think that the firing of Brads wife didnt have anything to do with this if anything it should encourage employees to work harder. Cracker Barrel is a guaranteed stop on my travels however this one I will pass up from here on out. Thank you to the manager for your assistance in making sure my family ate tonight after traveling 12 hours and many more to go.

Service was good. Food was mediocre at best. My daughter ordered grilled chicken salad. Came out first time with cucumbers and chicken all shriveled up. Server took it back once. Came out again and the cucumbers was still watery looking. My daughter told them to take it off her bill. My hamburger steak was burnt on the edges the onions were burnt and inedible. The hashbrown casserole the edges was hard also the Mac n cheese looked like the scraped the bottom of the pan. Because there was burnt pieces in it. Today overall Id give it a 3+ rating. Because it was not up to par today. This is usually a good place to eat. Eat there regularly so know they have good food usually. Just ever once in a while they mess up.

The WORST cracker barrel location that i have ever eaten at. We stopped there after work on a Tuesday. I got the breakfast and the eggs were overcooked around edges, the biscuits were as hard as a ROCK, and the bacon was so undercooked that the server saw i wasnt about to take it and just offered to go get more. You can look at my other reviews, i usually dont bash places like this but the food literally SUCKED! Last trip to this location for me.

All the food was excellent except for the cheese grits. Ive ate them before from Cracker Barrel. These were inedible with all the spice they put on them. These were just nasty. I asked the waitress Jackie for a straw to go with my to-go-cup and she told me to take it out of my other cup. Ive waitressed before and I would have never done that but the chicken-n-dumplings were excellent.

Prices and food are reasonable. The only problem I have is the inconsistency in their sawmill gravy. Sometimes it is way too thick and other times way too much smoke flavoring added to it. Also, the biscuts are sometimes fluffy and delicious and other times overly brown and dry. Otherwise I guess you get what you pay for and for the prices it not bad.

Been a Cracker Barrel customer since first store in Lebanon in 1969 and have never left upset until today! We were given no better than third rate service due to a large table in otherwise empty dining room. Three servers were catering to a table for approximately ten, while we didnt even get ice in our water and sat waiting on a check.

Worst Cracker Barrel experience ever... service was painfully slow, and my wife and I felt like we were inconveniencing our waitress for sitting in her section. Food was rubbery and Im pretty sure was microwaved from the day before. If you are on a road trip, do yourself a favor and keep driving a few exits to the next Cracker Barrel.

Not as great as usual. However, I am staying with 5 star as everyone apologized for the cold eggs and replaced them. Thanks for caring on a personal basis. We will be back. Next day... Went back and everything was PERFECT. CORBIN. KY. YOU DO THE RIGHT THING. GOD BLESS YOU.

Wait staff switched out on us, they were out of four different food items we ordered and it took 44 minutes to get our food and it was cold! The second waitress was new to the job but all in all she did a good job. Probably the worst time ever at Cracker Barrel!

Cracker barrel is always a good experience. Great and friendly staff, Great food thats always served warm and in a timely manner considering the time of the day when I go. The only suggestion would be to have changing tables in the mens restroom.

Forgot one of our meals, it was clearly on the bill.. then we were going to add the tip on the cc and noticed it was being taxed at 50%! Bill got so mad that he told them to take it off. He went back and gave her cash. That is just crazy!!!

We like this store more than most Cracker Barrels on the road. They are consistent with their quality of food and service not to mention their Staff. Good people and they make it a relaxing stop over four people travelling.

Needs a new manager, especially in the kitchen. Bacon done in a deep fryer, grits awful, biscuits hardly baked, scrambled eggs flat, pancakes with holes. Usually love these, but Id recommend stopping elsewhere.
