This was my late night go to spot since moving to the area. However my takeout orders have never been correct, but since nothing else is open, I continue to patron thinking they will get it together. I know they charge a small fee for takeout, but I still always leave 7-10 tip. If I pay for chili its never in the bag, extra pickle for pattie melt its never there, no cheese in eggs they put cheese, waffle cooked light they burn it, and the list goes on. Tonight I ordered a waffle with my meal. As Im eating I start chewing something very loud and crunchy, I think its glass so I spit it out. Its white egg shells that Im chewing in my waffle. I rinse my mouth to continue eating and again I bite nothing but crunchy peices of egg shell still in my waffle. Yes mistakes happen, but how does egg shells get in my waffle? If egg is used to make the batter, whomever is doing it should be cautious. This ruined my appetite and I would rather go to sleep hungry than to stop here again. BTW customer service standards should be raised for the staff as well. Customers dont want to hear all of their ghetto personal issues or them fuss back and forth with each other about who is going to do what when its not even that busy late at night. If you chose to work at waffle house to flip waffles or serves people you should be the best at just that! Simply because the people you hate serving or get aggravated by because they interrupted your smoke break, are the same pepole who pay your check!!!!

So I TRYED to call in a to go order I was put on hold for an hour and half. I can prove this!!! My son bet he he could walk there and mile and a half away and place the order before they would ever pick up the phone to take my order. Not only did he make it up there place the order he made it back home. Lets just say they hung up on me before they ever took my order!!! When I called back to speak with the manager. He in sure me that his phone had rang in the past 15 mins. When I told him about the conversation he had with the customers and that I could come up there and prove with my cell phone how long I had been on hold. Thats when he got apologetic. Now I will never eat here after listening to how the employees talk about their customers. It scares me to think of what they are or might be doing to our food!!!

Nasty nasty Nasty!!! This has to be one of the worst places I have EVER ate myself and husband went there for breakfast we both got hashbrowns and a burger we didnt say to add anything to the hashbrowns and we asked for the cheeseburgers plain only meat cheese and bun. So what do they do give us both burgers with everything on it and on top of it my husband had jalipinos in his hashbrowns are you kidding me ???? I took that right back so they gave us new hashbrowns but only took the stuff off the burger and gave us the burgers back Im sorry but that is unacceptable!! I dont eat the stuff they put on the burgers so you take the stuff off and give me a nasty burger back. I got my money back and went to IHOP where they get it right stay away from any of these waffle houses more like Awful House !!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do that immediately. We walked in and waited while 2 tables were empty but hadnt been cleaned. 10 minutes later, we were still waiting. Eventually, we got up and moved the dishes ourselves, and a waitress stared at us instead of helping. We sat down and waited to be served. Another customer walked in and tried to sit where we put the dirty dishes, and the same waitress said, "those arent my dishes, Im not picking them up." After waiting several minutes at the table we cleaned, nobody even acknowledged our existence, so we walked out. That was just the last in a series of chances we gave to this waffle house. Go to the one on Riverside, its a few minutes away but light-years better in every way.

So i usually dont go out of my way to right a review but im fed up! This specific wake house almost always gets my order wrong. And i tried calling to place a pick up order. No body will answer the phones! I know its not busy! Its 3:30 AM!!! I have tried calling up there over 10 times.. So finally i had my fiance go there. Guess what... They werent busy. Just ignoring my call. And they still got party of my order wrong. I know a lot about customer service jobs, and this place does not run on any good customer service.

Me and friend went around 12:00am...waitress didnt pay attention as if we werent waiting. Very rude. Got whole order wrong and when we let this small white lady with glasses knw she ignored as a group of white frequent customers came in. never came bak to table to c if we needed anything. Cook had bad attitude. We immediately left. Leaving no tip at all and still payed for nasty food. Waffle house is disgusting overall!!!!!!!!

Sad that we left the mall of Georgia location that had great servers and food to move near here and be treated so badly not once but twice. Food was wrong both occasions and the server had the personality of a stick in the mud. We tried coming during the week and on a weekend and had no difference in service. We wont be returning. And we caution anyone else from dining here.

Took my kid to get something to eat it was late. They got the order incorrect. Requested them to fix it and they put egg shells in a childs food. And then the waitress grinned at me like it was funny. I should have read the reviews. My son was like mom you have not brought me here in a long time and I see why. Gnats were literally on the table. The food was horrible.

The Monday morning staff are RUDE. They dont greet you when you walk in, even when you are right there in their face. My to-go order was called in 15 minutes prior to me arriving. The man who took my order never put it in. That is unacceptable and there was no apology for my inconvenience. VERY POOR customer service skills. Especially for people who work for tips!

Waffle House in Lawrenceville across from Big Lots was horrible this morning. They didnt call our order and didnt bring all of our food. Our server was playing around with her cell phone and eating toast that just popped up while preparing my waffle. The place only had less than a handful of customers and I understand why.

Its your typical average Waffle House maybe a little bit nicer and cleaner than those found closer to Atlanta. Sometimes I walk in and the only be two other tables and it takes about 10 minutes to notice you but I know that they work their butts off for pay that does not match so I dont blame them at all

love this waho! the red hat chef appears to be young but he can keep up and the food is always right. tonight I had a young woman with blonde hair and glasses as my waitress. she is very kind and prompt and I hope I have her and that cook next time! bathroom was clean too, btw. 10/10
