Plenty of seating. Nice open atmosphere. Very Chilly. Clean. Since its a trendy place, Im not sure my scruffy Old Navy appearance was totally accepted...exactly why I chose this particular location. My "presentation", Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, looked and tasted wonderful. (I felt the need to hastily eat it because I was freezing.) The coffee had a quality taste and my server was presentable and respectful. Upon check out, I wanted to compliment the manager on my satisfactory experience when he totally blew me off, even interrupted me mid speach, so I paid in cash. A larger bill. His eyes never met mine as his face described his obvious discontent. I left full and mediocre. I believe that customer service is very important, and from the top, his attitude will trickle to his employees and my overall experience.

So... Its a breakfast place... Im not really breakfasty... unless its late night breakfast during finals week. Or breakfast for dinner. But for Brunch, this place is awesome! Theyve got such an extensive menu of truly different food, but different in a good way. I mean the Chickichanga, has chicken eggs, and avocado in it?! But the result? A-Mazingness! The coffee is really not that great, so dont let them pour a mug for you and then charge you for not drinking it. They have a complimentary coffee station in the waiting are if you want to try it first which i suggest. The prices are a tad high for what youd expect from breakfast at say Dennys but its totally worth it! I may just have to start getting up a little earlier on the weekends to indulge!

This is a great place, with great food. But it is just not for me. I dont feel the bread for my BLT needs to be free range, grass fed. I dont think the bacon needs to be organic. I think the proper term for my aversion to this place is that it is too fru fru. Its a good place, just not for me. The main reason that I gave it 4/5 stars though is the service wasnt great, the feel the need to stick a fried egg on a BLT, and who serves a salad with only greens. Geeze. When you charge so much for a side salad, there should be more than dressing and greens on the sum-beech.

Went for lunch with a friend I hadnt seen in a long time. We wanted to have time for conversation, but after not even an hour had passed, the waitress began looking meaningfully at our table every time she passed, picking things up from the table and making other indications that she would like us to move on and make room for another tipping customer. When did the work-time lunch crowd become so standard that people are no longer allowed to linger beyond an hour for lunch? We learn nothing from the French.

Ive had mixed experiences here in the past, but things have improved greatly. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food was amazing. My wife is hooked on the avocado toast and the oatmeal. My Italian omelette and grits were perfect. We will definitely put this store back into our breakfast rotation.

I eat here on a regular basis, this morning I met someone for a meeting and had James as our server who is one of the best. We had great service and our breakfast was delicious. The food is at the top of the healthy chain and they even use "Simply Heinz Ketchup" with no HFCS. I recommend them highly.

I have eaten here several times now and I have a hard time going to other breakfast places (they serve lunch too, but I cannot seem to get past the first page of the menu). Last item I ate was a barbacoa benedict (seasonal). Foods I have had, just not together and it was delicious.

Every First Watch Ive eaten in has been fantastic and this one didnt disappoint. The only down side is that its so popular you usually have to wait a little while before you can get seated but its well worth the wait.

They didnt give us all our food for our take-out order. Plus the food we did get came with moldy grapes.....how do you manage to mess up FRESH FOOD
