Several pizza dishes excel in flavor but often disappear from buffet quickly. I believe the popularity of this place stems from the overall lack of buffet restaurants in the area. If you dont want to wait in line for 45-60 minutes during the dinner hour, this is where youll likely end up unless everyone in your party enjoys Asian cuisine (the only other type of buffet in Fargo/Moorhead). Buffet items rarely rotate and consist of various pizza, fried chicken (regular, BBQ, and hot), some form of potato, corn, beans, soup, and an anemic salad bar. Desert pizza is available but often disappears quickly as well. Ice cream machine was a hit with my kids although they lack any available toppings for the treat. Seating is hit-and-miss with the larger tables crammed pretty close together in back rooms which amplifies the screams of the children at the next table. Trips to the buffet are hazardous at times as they are arranged with no discernible order with the salad bar and chicken bar parallel but the pizza bar at a slight angle and the soda fountains located perpendicular to the salad/chicken bars. Regardless, expect to get cut off several times during your trip to the buffets. Overall the establishment is OK. Theres a bit of variety and visiting once a month is about as much as I could tolerate when my family is in town and we dont want to wait for seating at a restaurant.

well they messed up my order twice to start with. they gave me two pizzas and said have a good night. I had ordered two pizzas and a 8pc chicken. So i sat there for about 5 min waiting for my chicken and had 2 employees make eye contact with me but didnt say anything. After i got my order i went home to find out that both pizzas i had ordered were not the ones i ordered. then i had to get back and wait for a few min before someone came and swapped the pizzas i had ordered with the ones i got. Then i came home and the pizzas were warm at best. and mind that i was waiting in the drive through for about 8 min because i had came early. So i am disappointed with this pizza ranch and dont think ill come back to that one. I love the food just not from this store. Ive never had so much bbq on a bbq chicken pizza. it was ridiculous.

I live in a new building and Ordered from these guys I once before without any problem the food was fantastic and I was excited about my oder today. I tried ordering today and their new delivery driver got lost. No contact from the store I had to call them over an hour and twenty minutes after not receiving any communication. After talking with the driver who returned to the restaurant to call us we had little hope we would ever get our food so we canceled our order. My feedback. Give your drivers better training, you have a quickly growing town and there will be new buildings that cant always be found on GPS. Communicate with your customers if there is a problem dont make them come to you.

YUCK. I actually work the Dilworth Pizza Ranch. One day while i was working, a customer told me that she hates the Fargo branch. So one day I went there to eat. I was disgusted. The girl at the counter had no clue how to work the till, the manager was a dick. The salad bar was empty. I actually seen the women working pick up the containers with no gloves on!! Then put it back for us with no gloves!!EWWW. There was no chicken or fresh pizza. And they took down the desserts before they even were closed. Yuck. If you want pizza ranch, COME TO THE DILWORTH BRANCH!!:)

Husband and i ate there on tuesday 8/1 at 4:30 all the pizza had neen sitting there a while dried and cold, when the bus/ server came by to get our plates we told jim the pizza was cold and dry he smiled and walked away , then we asked if they were bringing fresh taco pizza he said yes, so they brought it out and we got some took one bite and spit out it was an old taco pizza which they put fresh lettuce snd tomatoes on to cover , the chicken was bery dry , the salad bar and dessert pizza was ok , terrible

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WE ORDERED A PIZZA AND THEY LOST OUR ORDER. We ordered it, they confirmed our number and gave us a price, and over an hour later didnt have a pizza so we called back and they denied us ever ordering a pizza even though we called them back at the same number. Then the person on the phone went "okay well you need to order somewhere else and hung up". DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

The food was not just sub-par, when I asked one of the employees for fresh pizza she repeated what kind. My only response was what do you have thats actually fresh. Its been 20 minutes and Im still waiting for said fresh pizza. The servers seem to not really care, which being this young I can see why. This place definitely isnt anywhere close to as good as all the other reviews have said

Me and my brother walked in at 9:15 pm, and we were told we couldnt come in. But on the door it says they are open till 10 pm. I understand buffet closes at 9pm but we wanted to order a pizza. The young lady said the manager told her we couldnt come in. Went next door to applebees and spent our money there. Not sure why door shows they close at 10 but customers not allowed to come in.

Showed manager on duty my piece of broasted chicken that was RAW in the inside--I had it on a napkin that had visible blood in it and he proceeded to tell me, "Oh thats not raw, broasted chicken looks *different* on the inside sometimes." Um, no, it was raw...without a doubt. Overall overpriced for the quality of food you get too--not just the raw chicken.

My kids love this place. The locations are clean and well stocked. With salad, pizza and other non pizza meal options, its hard for someone not to be happy. Plus, softserve ice cream and fountain drinks make for a complete buffet. Join their reward club and get $5 For every $75 spent.

Called in a delivery order and waited for over an hour and they never showed. Called back a couple minutes after closing and couldnt find my order and was convinced I had called a different pizza ranch. Said they couldnt do anything about it and that was it. All we wanted was pizza.

They do a good job at keeping the buffets well stocked during peak hours. Cheesy bread tends to go quickly - you may need to keep an eye out if you want to get some. Soda machine includes caffiene-free options. Salad bar also available. Discount pricing for children 10 and under.

We have ordered pizza four times from this restaurant. Delivery always takes over an hour. And the two times we went to pick it up, they forgot about us both times! Granted they gave us $10 certificates as an apology but Id much rather have decent customer service instead.

Decent selection of pizza. They will custom make a pizza for you if you dont see a kind you like. 1st slice comes right to your table before going on the buffet. Salad bar is good but limited. Other hot items are offered but we didnt try any. Good value for price paid.
