This location needs to be closed. Even if my life depended on it I would not go back to this location. first time at this location walked in & manager said "Have a seat and your server will be right with you." There is one other table. The server walked by us 10 times & 30 minutes later the other table said "I dont think anyone has helped that table yet." She finally came to help us just before we were going to walk out. Then we waited 45minutes for our pizza to be done. Asked for breadsticks to come out with pizza but still brought them ahead of time, so they were cold when we finally got the pizza. then we get the bill. Never saw server again, so we walked up front and asked if someone could help us. We got a grunt & sure in an irritated tone. So, we thought well we just wont eat inside next time. This is a convenient location for us. We ordered online. Our order was to be ready at 10:09pm. We arrive at exactly 10:09pm. They say it will be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and sitting in the drive through waiting our food is done. The entire time we watched the employees chat and text on their cellphones. It takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza & 2 minutes to prepare it according to a previous pizza hut employee. So how this took 1 hour from the time we ordered online I do not know other then they never started to cook it until we showed up. I asked for an extra side of marinara and they have a nerve to tell me I should be charged for it! Not after an hour wait my whole meal should be free! So, we drive the two minutes home and start to eat. The food is cold, and the breadstick & cinnastick are not even cut. Seriously! How lazy are the employees here! Not once have we ever received an apology. If you want horrible service and to wait forever for cold food this is the place to go. Sincerely, Your lost customer FOREVER

Ordered ahead online at 4pm to bc picked up at 630pm bc my son was having a sleepover that night for his bday. I arrived at 630 to get the pizzas and pulled in behind 2 other cars so Im thinkn great this will be fast since I ordered a couple hours ago, the pizzas will b ready to go....10mins goes by no movement..20mins passes and now the 2nd car in line is flippin out honking/screaming for the 1st car to move...then finally at 705 roughly (and me honking and calling inside multiple times to see whats the problem) I arrive at the window to be told my pizzas havent even been put n the oven and to pull around again bc they are putting them n now and theyll take 10 bucks off when I come back round to get them. All together I waited 1hr and almost 15min in line, not being able to pull out and leave bc of so many cars in line back to back and when I checked my pizza before pulling off, I discover it wasnt even made how I ordered it at all and 1 of them was luke warm and the bottom of the box was soggy...gross. I didnt have time nor energy nor patience at this point to ask for it to be fixed but the manager did give me them all free and said it was bc they had online issues. Ill b using a different location froml now on but thanks Pizza Hut for the free pizza.

We ordered the 10 dollar box&wings. Wings & Pizza were decent . but when I order the box I expect the pizza, Bread sticks & cinnamon sticks . it was 2 sets of bread sticks No cinnamon sticks so we called at first we were told they were out of cinnamon sticks then we were told that the manager put them in the box . so my boyf went up there to show her that there were 2 sets of bread sticks & NO cinnamon sticks the lady was really rude about it Opened the window dIdnt even say anything to him not a sorry for the inconvience, welcome to pizza hut . Nothing she then told him those were the cinnamon sticks . & he asked why they looked like that ( BREAD STICKS )& Instead of her explaining to him the store ran out & they had to create some because thats what im guessing she gone say " IDK TRY THEM " like wth but if that was the case i wouldnt have ordered it VERY VERY RUDE&POOR customer service for the lady that closed the store tonight the manager also Wont be visiting this pizza hut again.

Theyre super awesome at understaffing this location. If you enjoy being placed on hold, youre in luck! They will place you on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time... maybe longer if you dont hang up. What a super great opportunity to listen to all the pizza specials. If you do finally get through... they do a spectacular job of taking your order! They can repete it back you, give you a total and delivery time and everything! But the buck stops there... dont expect to ever see your pizza... ever I dont blame this poor girl working... Pizza Hut needs to hire additional staff. Even though Im incredibly annoyed with the service, I have to say the employee was very polite and professional. Its not her fault shes the only one working.

Ordered food and went to pick it up through the drive thru, sat in line for 15 minutes when my order was ready to go. Called and asked what was going on while I was in line and they said the person in front of me was waiting on wings to be done, there was also one more car behind them that had been waiting too. I asked why they couldnt just have that person park and then bring out their order once its done like other restaurants do. The guy replied rudely and told me that I would get my food, so I cancelled my order and went somewhere else because I didnt think I should have to wait on another 10minutes for my cold pizzas when I had already ordered them ahead of time so I could swing by and get them quickly.

This is a pretty great Pizza Hut. I have only done carryout with phone and online orders but service is quick, orders are always accurate and staff are friendly. Edit 8/24/16. I order my pizza by phone and came to pick it up to find out they gave my pizza away to another customer. Instead of just making my another and letting it go they were very apologetic about it. The cashier apologized and so did the manager that evening. They made new pizza as quick as they could and took care of the issue professionally instead of making excuses. I bumped them to 5 stars because of how this situation was resolved.

So my wife and I came into this location because we wanted the buffet and noticed that no one was in the parking lot and got worried. We walked in and were seated right away and got started on the buffet. We were worried the pizza would be cold because of the lack of people at about 12:30. The pizza was hot and our server was on us trying to get drinks to us. This place is not busy during the lunch rush so is turning into a small hidden gem within the area. Buffet was about 6 a person so not the old 4.99 with drink but I think that depends on the location. We will be back for another lunch for sure.
