First of all this restaurant was absolutely horrible. I would only give it 1/3 of a star but it wouldnt let me. Our waiter Caleb didnt even check in with us one time. My friend was stuck with one watered down drink the whole time because he didnt acknowledge us. It took us at least 30-45 minutes to get simply pancakes hash browns and eggs and it should normally take about 15 at most and when the food came out it was cold. My butter looked like candle wax on my pancakes like it was sitting out for a while. Our table was not cleaned up. There were at least 10 tables on each side of the restaurant open and they were making couples and other parties wait to be seated. Katie another waitress there, looked like she had no clue about what she was doing. Everyone that worked here looked completely lost. The host that greeted us was very unenthusiastic and rude. Scott was the only one that was very nice and knew what he was doing. When the other waiters were slacking he would put up all the slack and apologize about the wait. Caleb brought us our checks and we told him we were ready to pay and he walked away and didnt take our money. We waited another 30 minutes to pay. Never coming here again and will not recommend this restaurant EVER!

We were seated at a dirty table. Waited at least 20 minutes to order and receive drinks. Took about another 40 min to get food. The server only spoke to us to take our order and drop our food off with the ticket. We never saw her again. Tried to take home cheesecake and they didnt have any. Other customers were also talking about the wait. They did not seem overly busy or understaffed. No apologies or asking us if we needed anything while we waited. We went for breakfast and left at lunch time. The food when we finally got it was good. The service was terrible. Very disappointing.

Every time I opt to eat here because its just down the street from home. I regret it. They are always painfully understaffed in the later hours and always seem to be busy. Terrible management, the guy running around wearing a general manager name tag had his shirt half untucked and he stunk of BO!!! The waitress did the best she could given her work load, she was going slammed and therefore my wait FOR EVERYTHING was way too long. Not her fault! But not making me a happy customer!

Went in early afternoon on Saturday. There wasnt six people restaurant. Server was great. Cook sucked. Cold fries and onion rings. Requested replace came back under cooked. Weak ice tea. Last week for the breakfast the cook couldnt cook an egg correctly to save his life and French toast was soggy. First time shame on them second time shame on me. An indifferent cook can break a restaurant. WDM and south side Village Inn are much better.

This place had the best service Ive ever experienced!! We came to eat at 5:30 on a Sunday morning and the waitress was so friendly and as was the manager! I go out to eat about daily and never once have I experienced even half the service I received from this establishment. It was so amazing we actually decided to have our early Sunday breakfast there every Sunday!!

The restaurant was about half full, 30 minutes after our order was taken we were told that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes for our food to be ready. It would have been nice to know that they were short staffed and backed up before we were sat. I watched every table in my section get told the same thing. What are the cooks doing back there??

Foods good but service is consistently terrible. Its not unusual to wait half an hour before they even take your drink order. Servers regularly seem to forget that Im even there. A few weeks ago a server dumped ice water on my mother and didnt even apologize. The service just seemed to deteriorate week after week. We wont be returning.

Waited 10 minutes just to get a drinks and another 15 minutes to get our order taken. The server seemed to be hurting cause he was limping. Meanwhile the manager stood behind the counter and watched while doing nothing to help. Terrible!

Waited 45 min to get food by the time we got our food folks that were there after us was leaving. Smh then I had hair on my bacon and toast was hard. And still had to pay for somthing i never ate. Never ever again.

Very slow. They gave us a table. That had dishes sitting on the next table. They didnt clean the table off almost untill we were ready to leave. The staff walked by it to many times to count.
