I love the food, Cajun fries should be their own food group. That said, avoid the one in minneapolis on Hennepin ave, rude, sodas machines are constantly empty and service is terrible. I ordered a meal and went to get my soda, of course it was out, knowing how slow they are to fix it I immediately informed them that the diet coke was out and the Cajun fries cannot be eaten without a drink. They said they would fix it. 2 more times bfore my food was ready I mentioned it and still nothing was done, even though 8 people were waiting for it. mine and my brothers food was done and I waited and informed them that without something to drink I wasnt eating their food. Finally, after my brother was done with his meal they fixed the soda machine at which time I tried to give them my food back for a refund and was stonewalled. I left the food there and walked out never to return. Maybe smashburger does it better.

Best Fast Casual Burger Place in Minneapolis. If I was ranking burgers, these guys would be at the top. Its a bit spendier than Wendys (I usually drop 13 as opposed to 10) but the thing is made custom to order, though I usually go "All the Way" on a bacon cheeseburger to get all the non spicy toppings. Fries are made fresh too, and they put half of them in the bag, doubling up from the cup they use. They have 2 of the new coke machines, which means sometimes the person in front of you is overwhelmed with choices. It can get a little crazy when its busy, but I think its one of the best deals going.

$20.53 for a Little Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, small fries and small drink....? They are serious! Do you know how many combo meals at McDonalds I could have gotten. Once I got the burgers their was NOTHING special about them at all. Just plain no season burgers with toppings.... $20 damn dollars for this ridiculous. I will Never go there with their high ass prices and nor will I recommend my friends or family. The burgers I cook taste way better then theirs and I add seasoning to my food. I want my money back. The fries were good. It was fairly clean. Nice atmosphere. The down side. Service is super slow. The workers all seem very unhappy, they usually throw your fries in the bottom of the bag with no respect for the frie cup, its just a mess. Their budgets are average. Better than McD but they are other place in mpls with better bugers for sure. Probably wont go back. Hope this helps.

Ive been here many times and liked it each time. The people are always courteous and the burgers are tasty and I like the free peanuts while waiting for my order. I cant finish the bacon cheeseburger w/ a regular Cajun fry so I dont think its expensive at all. People often argue over whether Five Guys or In N Out is superior. Five Guys hands down for me.

Usually I love the you-know-what out of Five Guys! But most recent visit was so average. They messed up my husbands burger. Service was slow and not rude but not entirely welcoming. Maybe just this location? Not sure. I will however return because the little sizes are just right and do not cost too much.

Just a big, greasy burger with a sack of fresh fries, exactly what you want from a burger place. Staff is always friendly and gracious with the fries servings. Standard fare, but done so well. Eat there only if you dont mind smelling a bit like the frier.

Had a decent hamburger, and their great fries here with my son and his friends before heading elsewhere. It was a busy restaurant and we all enjoyed our meals. Im a big fan of the fries, fried in peanut oil. Theyre tasty!

I will try it again, pretty fast custom Burger! Fries are really good at Five Guys. Also the Coke machine does custom flavors. On the main drag in uptown Minneapolis. Parking lot kind of small.

They had a great understanding of allergies! I have celiacs disease and was able to eat as they only fry fries in the fryer, made a non contaminated burger wrap! Im super satisfied!

Small hamburger and hot dogs menu. Both are fine but nothing more than BK or Mac - and theyre a little pricier. However, the fries are among the very best Ive had.
