Well, with all of the rave reviews, we expected something special, instead there is only one good thing we can say, and that is the fries were good, which is why we give it two stars. First off, they dont have gluten free buns. This means the millions of people who suffer from gluten or wheat intolerance cant eat here. However, they did offer a "lettuce wrap", which Jimmy Johns offers also, with very good results. 5 guys did offer us a lettuce wrap as well, however, they were conveniently out of lettuce wrap, seriously. Next, they cook their burgers well done, no options. This is because like most other restaurants, the beef is from animal factories (CAFOs) which can and do get ecoli, and other bacteria in their beef, therefore the need to cook it until it has no flavor or juice. We got a "burger bowl", which is without a bun, and we have gone bunless before, typically without issue. However, they got the order wrong- twice, no sorry, no comments, just had to wait an extra 15 minutes, and then literally, watch them throw our order into a bag. The burgers had a horrible after taste, which is also typical if the beef is not refrigerated properly or stored uncovered with other foods. Needless to say, the only thing we ate were the fries and peanuts. We often eat at Mainstreets, which offers grass fed burgers, cooked medium as we like them, and great fries. They dont offer gluten-free buns either, but the burgers are large, juicy, and good, and the bun then would simply be too much. We wont be back to 5 guys.

I hadnt eaten a hamburger (from anywhere) in over a year due to getting food poisoning from a fast food joint. I decided one night to give hamburgers another try with my boyfriend one night, and after my experience from this five guys location, I will NEVER go back to this location, or eat another burger. My boyfriend and I live 3 blocks from this location, and when I got home The burger was burned, did not have all of the condiments on it that I had ask for, and I even found a hair in it. I was floored. The french fries that we got were burned also, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and not fresh like they advertise. I gave them a call, because they were going to close in a little bit so I did not want to travel back there. I spoke with the assistant manager and explained my situation and he asked for my name and said next time I come in that he will take care of me. I then asked if I could just get my money back as I do not want to pay for something that I am not going to eat, and his comment to me was they cannot do that because I paid with cash. Are you kidding me?!

For you that stil dont know, Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a place where you can eat a great burger that can be personalized in almost "infinite" ways. Fries are great and strictly with the peel! This location in great like the people that work there. While you wait for your order (yes, they start to make it as you order at the cashier), you can enjoy free peanuts. Kids can also make some draws and hang them on some cork board in the location.

Ordered single cheeseburgers with bacon & onions & extra pickles to go. Brought them home & opened them up. BURNED double burgers with crumbled up bits of BURNED bacon & a few chunks of BURNED onion on the BOTTOM of the burgers. NO PICKLES! If the punks working there would quit joking around & dancing & do what they were hired to do maybe they would get something right. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Mis-managed dump!!

I go here somewhat regularly and they always provide great service, however, last time my gf came with and she got the wrong burger (isnt great when youre hangry). Today we when back and I mentioned it. Tyrone talked to the manager and they more than made it up to us! This is the best customer service weve encountered in a while so keep up the quality work (and burgers)!! Well definitely keep coming back!

Id been waiting for a chance to visit Five guys burger n fries for couple of weeks now. I finally had the opportunity last weekend. The place was clean and vibrant. We ordered 4 burgers and cajun n regular fries. The burgers were great and fries were awesome. I liked the burger so much that i ordered one more.

No one on the planet would be able to find a difference in quality or taste between 5 Guys and Wendys burgers. Now, I love Wendys burgers, so this isnt a slam on the 5G burgers, just the idea of charging $7+ a la carte for them is ridiculous. The fries are good, but also twice as expensive as they should be.

Great employees, always friendly. I really like Smash Burger but the options here are outstanding and service is MUCH faster. One tip if ordering for just one person get the small fry. They fill the fry cup and dump just about the same amount in the bag.

I have never been to or had 5 Guys burgers and red meat being low on my choices; this place was amazing. What we paid for the two double burgers, fries and two drinks was about the same of "higher" end fast food and way better in the burger department.

Burgers were delicious as always. Difficult not getting fries all over your hands as they are just dumped in a bag on TOP of the burger, when it was specifically asked to be separate. Food is great and very delicious, service can use work.

Great burgers for the price. The "little" burger is about the size of a normal restaurant style burger and small fries are enough for two people to share and have their fill. You can have them any way you want. Service is fast.

Peanuts while you wait! Not that expensive for a gourmet burger. Toppings are free, so get all of them. Fries can be Cajun or Plain, but the Cajun can coat your pallet in salt. Ask for Cajun seasoning on the side
