As a regular customer, I always enjoyed every time coming here, but not anymore last night. I was kicked out from the restaurant by Cassie for just having a cup ice coffee. Cassie took the order, brought the food and then later noticed that I was drinking a Burger King ice mocha coffee. They dont sell ice mocha coffee here. And I was willing to pay $20 for an ice mocha coffee if there was available here. She wanted me to give up my ice mocha coffee. Instead, I gave up the meal and continued enjoying my coffee inside my car in the parking lot as she wished. My sister decided to give up the meal also. What the heck of the deal!, it was just a glass of a ice mocha coffee. I argued with my sister not to pay for the order we have not touched any yet. She insisted and fooled me to unlock the car to grab her purse and ran into the restaurant to pay for the food she ordered any way. What a looser Cassie, you took her payment. May I remind you this. You are working in hospitality industrial. You dont know how much effort and money your management put into the promotion & advertisement to draw in both new and repeat businesses. And a loser like you are chasing them away.

This was my first bad experience at any TGI Fridays. We did not wait long to be seated even though the restaurant was busy. It took awhile for someone to take our drink menu and I let our waitress know right away that I was a stripes member as my husband likes the chips and salsa. It took over 20 minutes to get the chips and salsa. When our food arrived (Bourbon Barrel Chicken) my broccoli was mushy and looked like they cooked spoiled broccoli. My husband ordered the flat Iron steak cooked medium to medium rare, and his steak was cooked rare with a cold Center. Our waitress only took the steak back leaving the rest on his meal on his plate to get cold while he waited for his steak to come back. When it did, it was still rare so not sure if his steak was put back on the grill. All I can say is "beware" if dining during their rush time. Slow food, or rushed food coming out of the kitchen.

I wouldve had a better rating because I have had great food here before, but the last visit I ordered the grilled chicken sandwhich with a side salad and was disappointed with not only the appearance and size, but the taste. It was on super dry bread with ready made cold "grilled chicken", a tiny piece of avocado, pastie tomatoes and no sauce. I couldve made a better sandwhich at home! My husband ordered a French dip and was dissatisfied as well. The kids meals were bigger than our dinner was!! For that reason, and whoever the chef was at that time, or whoever approved this to go out to a paying customer is why I rated poorly. Will not return to this location.

Took about 45 minutes to get our food. So that made us late for the movie that is right next door. Its New Years Eve about 1745 and they are not overly busy. Supposedly they were down one cook and making it take longer to get the food prepared. We added a soup and a salad to our meals. That should have been charged at a lower price. We were charged full price. Plus it was cold in the restaurant. Where is the manager? Please take note our server Brandon was fabulous during our visit. He had a lot to deal with but stayed calm and pleasant. Hope he moves to a different restaurant where he is much appreciated. Thanks Brandon.

My visit was on memorial day 05/29/17 we sat at the bar, we were there between 1:00pm and 2:30pm the bartender was very rude un polite and un atentive. When ever we asked for anything he just ignored us never responding or anything, then he would bring what we asked for when he felt like wanted to, never a response or acknoledgment. This person was very rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worst binding experience we have ever experinced. The experience was so bad and it upset me so much I lost my appotite, I didnt even eat the food I purchased. in return I didnt leave a tip and will never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Management here has changed. I have had 3 separate instances now where I have had issues. The Manager on Duty told me come in the next day and we will take care of you. Went in a week later that manger went to Chicago or something and the new manager never knew anything about it. 2 Weeks later that manager moved. No one there remembers my incidents. To make matters worse. I ordered a large party size order of buffalo wings for a party. We picked it up and it was buffalo McNuggets. Seriously . Buffalo WINGS not chicken NUGGETS. This place is poorly managed. Go to CHILIS right down the road. Much better

I went to tgifridays for food at 12:53am on a Friday night. Cassy the bartender would not serve food to us as they stop serving food at 1am. We were clearly before close yet they would not serve food to us because they had already done last call for food. I do not recommend this place for late night food. I would not come here otherwise and will not come here again. I do not recommend that place. Sorry but integrity is everything and they clearly do not have it. If you cannot stick to the hours you have listed you should change them or hire new staff that will honor the hours you have listed.

Worst experience ever. Did carry out, since we knew the restaurant was going to be busy and we completely regret it. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 burgers, the wingman burger and the BBQ Bacon burger. My burger was very, very rare, had no cheese, naked chicken wings (which were supposed to have sauce) and none of the sauces that were supposed to be on it. Boyfriends burger had no bacon or fried onions. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Also be wary if you try to complain to coorperate or the restaurant. No one will respond to you

Horrible customer service from Nicole the waitress to the manager. Got wrong food just left on table after waiting 25 minutes for it. Got overcharged by almost $15 then lied to about why. Oh and if you have a problem there the manager sits right next to you in your booth with arm around you explaining why your receiving horrible service (very awkward) I contacted corporate on Aug 22nd and still no word back. Must be busy with a lot of other horrible customer service notifications.

We have eaten here many of times without any problems very much enjoyed their food. However we ate there Saturday 09.17.2016 our food was ridiculously cold 2x. The manager on staff did come over and take care of the bill (very nice of him) however my husband also came home with food poisoning and salmonella, I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this and the manager was nothing but insanely RUDE! This is NOT a place we will visit again!!!!

Been here late at night twice now. This time the place was packed and most of the wait staff was sent home prior to it getting busy. Marvin - (Im assuming a general manager) went so far above and beyond. This place was busy as hell. The other waitress was near panic. This guy made sure that we were taken care of. Marvin was so clutch. Definitely a fantastic customer service professional. For that- we will certainly be back. Thanks Marvin.
