My experience at this Panera location was terrible. You could hear the kitchen yelling at eachother throughout the whole dining area and the portions are chintzy. I also think switching from the glass bowls to plastic is a terrible downgrade. I wont be going back.

I always order online and pick up, super fast, super easy, and they never screw up my order! :D Though I think I may be allergic to what they wash their apples with, because i get a strange burnt sensation after I eat their apples. Otherwise! Super good!

The general manager at this location was completely rude to me, and no one at this location seems to updated on their policies due to his lack of professionalism. I will no longer be a loyal customer to this specific store.
