I absolutely love firehouse. I worked at a firehouse for 3 years as a team member and a shift leader. This was the worst firehouse experience I have had. No welcome to firehouse when I walked in. Literally every sub my party ordered was wrong. Most of us touched it out. We sent one back because it was supposed to be hot but came out cold, and they took the half eaten sub and rolled it through the toaster... Illegal.... And I also didnt notice a glove change after handling half eaten food. I dont see a Polo or black name tag specifying a shift leader on anyone here... So maybe thats whats going on. But someone needs to get this crew in check

My first visit last week As a newby, I was a bit confused about procedures re ordering. Helpful staff got me through the process. I ordered the NY Steamer. Good choice. Pastrami and corned beef were the main ingredients. Nice on wheat bread. Good pickle included, along a drink. very moist sandwich and great taste. Easily could be shared. Heads up-they steam the sandwich. Keep away from clothing. Cover with a napkin. Juice may squirt out! No big deal. Delicious sandwich, fries and drink for $9,18. Will go there again.

everytime i go to this place im very conflicted. i love the subs, but why does it take 10 minutes for a team of 3 people to make one sub when there are no other customers?? i went with a group of 7 people for lunch one day, it took over 45 minutes to get our subs, and they were very bad subs that time - usually super good food. i just wish they valued my time like i do.

Went to this place for the first time. The subs were delicious, the selection was wonderful (though if someone is a vegetarian, there isnt much here for them). The soda selection was great too, saw some flavors of Fanta I have never seen before. The staff was friendly, didnt have to wait long for my order. I will definitely be going here again.

I visited the store today with a coupon that said that I would get a free combo if I purchased a large sub. I was told that the coupon was wrong and that the coupon was only for an upgrade. There was no sign in the store to say that the coupon was wrong. Apparently the store is trying to mislead its customers.

What an awesome place with great people. The manager Michelle is absolutely amazing that store is lucky to have her and the staff she is working with. I used to go to the Richfield location but probably wont ever return there. Especially as long as Michelle is here in Bloomington. Give that woman a raise!

Absolutely love this place. I have tried *almost* everything on the menu, and have yet to be disappointed. Manager is super awesome and welcoming, and the staff is great. If you havent tried firehouse yet, your missing out!

Sign on the door said open until 9pm went at 8:35 and the doors were locked with 3 employees inside. Pretty disappointing for a place thats been open less than a month
