Last Thursday, 12/7/2015, our bowl of chili was barely 1/2 full. Our Fries were short also. We took our $3.00 bowl of chili back to get it topped off. The young man behind the counter was ready to top it off, when the owner/manager stopped him and said he would take care of it himself. The owner/manager refused to top it off, loud and rude, said to me in front of a few people "that I always complained". This is not true, all I wanted is to get the $3.00 bowl of chili topped off. For this loud insult, I asked for my money back, which he did. This is a small town, the restaurant had a few people in it, I was so embarrassed, I dont want to ever go back to this Runza. The problem, 3 weeks prior to this incident, I bought 15 gift card for $25 each, total of $375 (which I do every year), we want our money back for the unused gift cards since were not comfortable going back to this Runza owner who insulted us... And, going to Omaha 40 miles away, to another Runza, is way to far for us. Help!

Having worked here for a year, and having ate their for a long time I must say that as far as "fast food" goes these guys are far better than their competitors in terms of employees and quality of food. Price is a tad higher but still lower than your normal lunch at a bar or dining establishment. Do they mess up orders? Yeah, but not that often. Usually its one of the best meal experiences I can go out and pay for and cost under $20 for a meal and thats saying a lot as most of their meals are around $6-$9 right now.

Well I love Runza its by far my favorite fast food restaurant. When I went to the Runza in Blair NE it was a whole different experience. I ordered a cheeseburger plain but when I received it, it was a messed up order that had the ingredients scraped off. The bun was damped by ketchup and the buffer had mustard on it. Not to mention the fries that were non- salted, cold and wet. So overall I love Rinza but I would definitely not suggest the Runza in Blair NE.

So I asked the guy at the drive through in Blair NE if I was going to get the Runza from the food just joking and he said no well just dont eat the @&#$?% sandwich so I laughed got my food and left. Got back to my room and the first thing I see when I open the wrapper was mold lots of mold wtf people!

Food was terrible. We had chicken strips that were hard as rocks, fries were over salted, had to ask three times for dipping sauce. Service was mediocre at best. We were not greeted, the girl behind the counter did not have a pleasant attitude and appeared as though she wanted to walk out the door.

Why do the staff have to vacuum when we are eating? Is impossible to enjoy your lunch when they make all that noise. Not to mention that they unplug the pop and ice dispencer so you cannot get a refill. Guess it is the only outlet they can use. POOR!!

The dining room and restrooms were clean. The staff is friendly and engaging in that small town sort of way that is fantastic for some, and uncomfortable for others. The food has been fast and fresh. Get the frings. They are awesome.
