I ordered two pizzas and an order of garlic bread. One supreme and one meat lovers. What I got was a cheese pizza, a meat lovers and garlic bread. I was charged for another persons ticket which was in the order. I called pizza hut to notify them of the mistake. The gentleman I spoke to apologized and told me he would have the supreme pizza sent out with the difference I over paid. About 15 minutes a lady who identified herself as a manager by the name of Tiffany called and said I wasnt overcharged and she would have to have the wrong pizza back before she delivered the right pizza. No problem there except my hungry family had already eaten a few slices. The woman then argued with me over why I ate something that wasnt mine. She then asked me if I was done and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude.

Pizza Hut is going down hill. Another way they are stripping quality from customers is by increasing crust size and decreasing the amount of ingredients they have to apply to each. And it surely wouldnt hurt to leave the pizzas in the oven another 5 min so its actually cooked thoroughly. If your looking to be extremely satisfied with quality, try another pizza store.

We used to order once a week and in the past year the service has been almost non existent. The past 2 times I have ordered my order was cancelled and I wasnt notified. Tonight the store had no delivery drivers so they cancelled and here I am waiting to feed my kids and no call.

Ordered for delivery, an hour later get a call that theres no drivers and if we want the pizza to come and get it. They were very rude about it. Pizza Hut is very unreliable. Best to stick with Dominos. There always quick and friendly.

I travel for a living so I have been to many pizza huts. This one is close to my home and Ive been going there for most of my life. This is probably the worst pizza Hut Ive ever been to.

Pizza and salad bar were very tasty. Only problem for me, is when other patrons pick up food on the bar with their hands, take off there shoes, for odor!!! But the food was good!!!
