I went through the drive-thru and my order price seemed to be incorrect. I asked and was told it wasnt. The attendant was rude from the start. I told the attendant (middle-aged, grown woman named Deb Hasselmeyer) I really felt it was wrong and did the calculating on the back of the receipt to show how it was off by nearly $5. A conversation about this (rather, a debate) ensued mostly with the attendant just interrupting me and insisting I was wrong and all the reasons why. The attendant showed me that her cash machine receipts didnt itemize, and, ultimately, she asked me to come inside that she was "too busy" for me to "block the line" as "she was really busy". I left my three children in the car and went inside. She continued to make me wait, for probably another ten minutes while she handled other customers. She didnt even address that I was there until I asked when she might be able to help me; she said she "was busy". I told her I had three children in a running car and that our food was getting cold and that I was a customer also. She then came up to me, got in my face and asked if I "had ever worked in fast food"? She was touching my arm. I was astounded and, actually, got into the conversation with her telling her that I had. At this point, several other DQ workers (h.s. age) started harrassing me telling me that I must "have forgotten about the sales tax", etc. Finally she told me shed re-run it so I could see the itemization. While she was running it, one particular worker told me that "everyone else in the restaurant seemed just fine" and about five staff members were all standing around giving me nasty looks. I asked this worker, who had already told me she was the owner and manager, if she felt it was approriate how her staff was talking to me. She wold not respond. Finally she rang it again... very exageratedly repeating every entry... and, like I knew, it had been rang incorrectly by almost $5. I told them to donate the money to Riley (a charity Indiana DQs support) and I told them I was astounded by their behavior as I left. Upon my departure, one of the girls came out into the parking lot and gave me the finger. No one ever apologized for the mistake or, more importantly at this point, their behavior. As I drove away I could see most of the workers laughing in the restaurant.

I was just at Sheridan, Indiana DQ yesterday. I have never been very impressed with the service at this location, but that was not my issue on this visit. While waiting for our food, a woman got stuck in the bathroom. After she got out, she told the staff and they did nothing for her or about the problem while I was there. When I used the bathroom, I noticed paper towels all over the floor in multiple spots. The trash can was overflowing. Also, the hot and cold taps on the faucet are set up backwards. I told the staff about this previously, but it has not been fixed. My daughter and I have nearly burned our hands by the unexpected heat and setup of the bathroom. I love DQ, but I will avoid this location until I know improvements have been made.

They are horribly slow. I went inside and they were not busy and it took about 10 minutes for someone to even take my order and its not like they didnt see me because everyone that was working in there looked at me more than once. I was finally able to place my order and all I ordered was 4 small blizzards. It took 20 minutes or more to get those blizzards. Its mainly all teenagers that work in there. It definitely needs better management and an adult manager with better manager skills to work with these kids. I will not be going back to this DQ ever.

This DQ is a tough one to review, it is busy as there arent many fast food options in Sheridan. This means that the lines are frequently backed up, they dont really have much space to try to move certain cars with large orders through so everyone just waits. I have never had issues with incorrect orders/prices. The food is always been pretty good, but overpriced for a full family meal. We like it and continue to go, but it isnt somewhere we go very often, most times just for quick ice cream.

SLOW service! They NEVER pull anyone forward in the drive thru. If the person in front of you orders food and you order just ice cream, you can count on them letting you sit while they cook the food. Your ice cream is made and sitting there until you get to the window. PULL THEM FORWARD AND KEEP THE LINE MOVING!!!!!! POOR POOR management!

Love this little Dairy Queen in Sheridan. Its an older store, but the quality of the food is fantastic, and the service is even better. Very friendly staff. The young man who helped us at the drive thru mid-afternoon on 7/2/2017 was incredibly pleasant and friendly. I wish I knew his name so I could thank him here, but I dont.

We have been there several times. The food is what you would expect and the restaurant is reasonably clean. The staff is mostly teenagers and they are friendly. Unfortunately, we always seem to have to wait a long time for our order. I think we waited 10 minutes for 2 Blizzards and a kids cup of vanilla.

Terrible always a long wait. Never the same amount of food provided at other Dairy Queens in the area. Over priced for the quantity and quality.

The owner seems like the nicest person ever. She served people at their tables and even helped guests carry larger orders to their cars.

Food- 2/5 Service- 3/5 Drinks- 0/5 - seriously, dont waste your money on a drink from here. Get a fountain pop from across the street.
