I live close to this particular Sonic and frequent this establishment regularly. The food is about what youd expect from Sonic. The reasons for the 3 star rating is the service. #1: If you customize your order in any way, the chances of them getting it wrong are very high. #2: The person on the other end of the microphone always gives the feeling they are not listening. ie; if you say you want a burger with everything on it but mayonaise, the reply is usually, "What would you like on your burger?" (This may be the cause of reason #1) Otherwise it IS fast food so while I may get frustrated at times during my visits, I do try to keep in mind that my expectations for good service should be at a fast food level. Thats why I still eat there from time to time, but its usually not my first choice.

Re: No place Hops like Sonic!! What great service! These people literally bring your food to your car and greet you with the most respectful manner I have ever seen in the fast food industry. These young people really show a dedication and honor in their work ethic. I always leave them a dollar or two tip EVERYTIME I choose to eat at sonic.Why?? Because these employees bring your food to you rain or shine and never once complained nor sought a tip. I believe in the principle if you wanna be served you need to serve.Thanks Sonic!! You are a great American Restaurant..

The experience was not as expected the CarHop was not friendly she did not smile she did not repeat her name and she did not read my order back the five main things that you need to do at Sonic she did not do I was not pleased with my service nor mighty mighty tasted old but the outside of the restaurant was clean thats the only reason why were doing two stars so hopefully you guys approve on your friendliness and always say your name always thats the Sonic way thank you and have a blessed day
